Not worth the money
Not worth the money! I purchased a lipstick and thought I would have a pleasant experience with it, as it was not the cheapest lipstick I bought for myself. However it turned out the other way around. The shade was not the one advertised on it, as it was way more neutral. Definitely not having the beautiful dark pink touch that was supposed to have. Additionally, the lipstick was already damaged despite the packaging never being opened. Moreover, when trying the lipstick for the first time…it broke! And no, I did not took the lipstick entirely out! I only open it as much as needed to use it. Nevertheless, it broke when I pressed it on my lower lip. Didn’t even get the chance to do one lip. Never in my 31 years had such an experience with a lipstick. I would never recommend anyone to buy lipsticks from Gosh Copenhagen!

Worst experience ever
I have been waiting for my order for 27 days. When I purchased it the delivery option was for 1-2 days. I have sent numerous emails asking for the whereabouts of my order and have requested a refund, yet have had no reply whatsoever. Worst online shopping experience ever. GOSH is no longer in any of the shops in my area either.

We are slowly recovering now, and have just this week sent out a servicemessage. I'm sorry that you haven't heard from us earlier, but our e-mail systems has been down also.

Pretty sure it is a fake site
Pretty sure it is a fake site. Gutted. Ordered £35 worth of make-ups (giant sun powder, mascara and eye shadow) and still waiting for further delivery information. Sent and email on the 'noreply' email address given on my booking which failed to send. What do I do now?
