The additional charges are a rip-off

The additional charges are a rip-off. It is just a way to make the fee charged by Shippo appear to be less than those charged by other services. All could be resolved when I purchased the shipping instead of adding the charges after taking the package to UPS.

I don't know that I will be using Shippo in the future.

Surcharges are charged for multiple reasons, like when there’s a discrepancy between the shipment data provided and the actual characteristics of the package (e.g. weight or dimensions), if there’s an issue with the address provided for the shipment, and more. Please note that these surcharge fees are passed directly from UPS and are out of Shippo's control.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I am a business owner who ships hundreds of orders utilizing shippo. A day after shipping an order valued at $975.00 my customer notified me the box was not dropped off. After contacting UPS I found out the tracking number was for an order shipped over a month ago. Thankfully the customer notified me of the error and allowed me to send a new label to ship to the correct customer. A shippo rep denied my refund for postage even though I submitted pictures of the correct label in my account, the scanned receipt from UPS, label affixed to the box, proof of delivery and video evidence of me dropping off the box. The package was valued at $975.00 this would have been a great loss to my small business. I will no longer do business with shippol

Perfect partner

Your site is easy to use and requires…

Your site is easy to use and requires little time. As for a suggestion I under box sizes and weight in the past a drop down selection would appear with the most used box sizes or weight to select from. Also under description of content a drop down box would also appear with most used descriptions.
