Avoid

A google search for an Excel accounting spreadsheet template led me to Goshplay. I had no choice but to register for a $1 5 day free trial if I wanted to view it. Then I cou;dn't get past a screen asking for a $1 donation to UNICEF. The site's search engine showed books and game software, but the accounting spreadsheet was nowhere to be found. Five days later I learned that the credit card I authorized for a $1 charge had been charged a total of $37.95 and that I received nothing other than membership/billing emails. I was charged $2 on my first visit, $34.95 for a Premium Membership I never agreed to, and another $1 to cancel my membership.

Scam

Site claims it is free - it is not! They require user to signup claiming it is free and when I ask to have my profile deactivated I am told I must pay.

You are also offered to pay USD1 to a humanitarian organisation, and if you chose not to you are still invoiced USD1.

When you phone to the local number you are transfered to an automated answering machine, probably also charging you for the phone call.

All this started at ebookbrowsee.net and these domains are also "infected":
