Used by scammers - be very careful if asked to transfer money to them

It is not a bank so if anyone tells you otherwise, particularly a supposed "travel agent" they are scamming you.

Disappointing this app is not doing enough to stop people getting scammed and is letting unscrupulous people use its services in order to con people. From what I can see from their website, GoSolo sets up companies for users but what checks are they doing. Or alternatively they are letting people register and use the names of legit UK companies which is then dragging those companies into this mess. Somewhere there is a failure to do proper checks.

GoSolo you must do better, this is not the first review mentioning scams.

CLOSED MY GOSOLO ACCOUNT, EVERYTHING LEGIT NO WRONGDOING

anyone opening a goSolo account is extremely desperate. These people are WRONG and when they close your account there’s absolutely nothing you can do about your funds.
They will return it within another 1 year and not care about your emails. DO NOT SIGN UP AND SEND OVER £50 here. MONEY IS MANUALLY PROCESSED EVERY 12 hours

GoSolo as a registered EMD Agent under the UK FCA is required to comply with all the relevant financial laws and regulations. This means we are required to act in line with laws that exist to combat illegal activities such as money laundering, financing terrorism, tax fraud, and abusive or fraudulent use of the account. In line with this, we review some of our customers’ transactions and account activities periodically – and as a result of these reviews, we may limit access or close your GoSolo account.

Please bear in mind that this process is entirely lawful and explained in GoSolo Terms and Conditions (https://gosolo.net/terms-and-conditions) —it’s a fundamental part of how we ensure that our customers and their accounts are kept safe.

If we are required to cease our business relationship we may not be able to disclose the cause or any further details for regulatory reasons.

TERRIBLE COMPANY.

TERRIBLE COMPANY.
MY COMPANY DISSOLVED FEW MONTHS AGO.
NOW THEY HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL TO SEND MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS TO SEND MY REMAINING FUNDS.
I HAVE SENT THIS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT MY REMAINING MONEY.

NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, WHATSAPP DOES NOT WORK.

i NEED MY FUNDS TO PAY RENT

As per GoSolo Terms & Conditions, we may be required to close GoSolo account if there has been a change in circumstances which means you’re no longer eligible for a GoSolo account, such as when your company is dissolved: https://gosolo.net/terms-and-conditions
Once you are notified of account closure, remaining account balance is returned prior to account closure. The process may take longer if additional funds are deposited after the notification of account closure.

I had chosen my business account with…

I had chosen my business account with gosolo after account creation my account has been on temporary hold and not able to make transaction. There's no time how long it's gonna take. I don't know how this bank can set in buisness transaction routine. Sent message to them waiting for response.

I am obviously not satisfied at all

I am obviously not satisfied at all, you send e-mails, they do not answer, I have money in my account for 3 months, they do not do anything, I do not recommend at all

BIG TIME SCAMMERS

My payment came from EBAY UK of £945 there support told to read the TOS for refund policy which states refund will be done on the card that was used to create the account, while signing up they dont require any bank card. Therefore its a lie in their TOS.

While contacting their whatsapp support which is useless 1 agent told the payment is done whereas the others said it would be done. After that i took a bank statement and found out that the money is still in the bank and has not been refunded as per 20 days policy and as per today its 50+ days and refund has not been done

They are not replying on email or whatsapp now

Beware of this bank, dont trust this bank even with minimal amount

If your account opening was free, then card details would not have been requested and the terms of the referenced refund policy would not apply. If your account is in process of being closed, please review "Closing your account" section in GoSolo Terms & Conditions for relevant information.
