I purchased the B12 and D3 sprays a few weeks ago. These sprays have changed my life for the better. Bless you for producing something that does not have sweeteners in them. I can’t stand them and they are in everything. I find I don’t need them daily as my vitamin levels are considered normal, but 3x week for B12 and once or twice a week for D3 and the difference in my energy levels has been noticeable. Especially as a woman going through perimenopause. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have been trying the vitamin D3 oral spray for the last few weeks, and I have really noticed an extra boost of energy, feeling less tired and haven't had any sniffles, which I usually would have this time of year.
It is so easy to incorporate it into my daily routine and the taste and quality of the product is second to none.
Mark and Paula were very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had.
Would recommend this brand to any of my friends.

I have been taking SOMEGA supplements for the past 6 months and have more recently recommended the supplements to my parents!

I have been taking the Omega-3, Vitamin C and Vitamin B12 supplements daily and they all taste great. The Omega-3 literally tastes like a Solero ice-cream (no fishy taste at all).

I have felt such a difference in my energy levels since taking these consistently and I know I'll definitely be a long-term customer.

I had some questions about which supplements would be best for me to take and Mark and Paula were so knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions I had!

I contacted Somega as I had a few queries about which vitamins would be best for both the adults and the 3 children in our house. They replied with really helpful things to note. I ordered the Vit D3 + K2 liquid drops, delivered really fast and all 3 children are taking it no problem - they commented on how nice it tastes. Great product and glad to support an Irish family run business.

I have been taking Somega supplements for about 2 years and I absolutely love them. My favourite is their Omega 3 (now with added vitamin D 3)
I love the peachy mango taste.
But this is closely followed by their
Liposomal Vitamin C which has a delicious citrus flavour. I also like taking their Vit D 3 spray. All their products are made to ensure optimum absorption. So you know they are not ending up in the toilet but in your cells!
My energy levels are better and I know that there is good scientific research behind the products, so I trust them. Plus it is a family run Irish company.

From when they became available, we were very interested in trying out these products as their quality and technology used was so impressive. We were so delighted when the products were great tasting and easy to use. And all the family use them. Our 5 year old daughter now specifically requests her "Yummy Omega" every morning. We have also now recommended these products to our parents who are all in their 80's and they are gaining similar benefits to ourselves. We love the entire Somega range and love sharing with others how great they are.

I use the Vitamin C product. This is an easy to use product. Tastes Fab. Highly nutritious, which is why I use it, there is major research gone into this product. I used this product prior to becoming pregnant and all the way through my pregnancy. As Vit C is so important to overall health and wellbeing. I noticed a difference in my skin and was very rarely sick. It is a product that I would invest in every month as part of my well being and overall health.

I started using Somega Vitamin C after meting Mark and Paula at Cork Show. I had recently returned to the office and was busy with kids training and driving! I felt exhausted in the evenings when I came home from work and felt I was dragging myself around.
I have found since I started Somega I have a new lease of life, my energy levels have so noticeably increased, that it is almost like a new lease of life. I am so grateful to Paula and Mark for introducing me to Somega, no more napping on the couch at 6 !!
Now have the energy to go out and play soccar with the lads after a day at work. That is priceless.

Busy mum of 3 kids, I take the vitamin c, b12, d & omegas I find them fantastic. My kids take the vitamin c, d and omegas too. I’ve suffered with low b12 the last couple of years and taking a quick spray on the tongue each morning is so much easier than taking pills or getting injections. Most Irish people are deficient in Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin, since the pandemic it’s more important than ever to remain topped up to help with fighting off Covid. My kids love the taste of the vitamin C & D with the omegas & because they are liquids they are so easy to add into smoothies too 🙌 I’d 💯 recommend all the products mentioned above 🥰

We love their products even more 🤣 I had been searching for a Liposomal Vit C and was delighted to have found this one even more so when I discovered they were a Cork based company. Fionn loves the Omega 3 with Vitamin D and adds it to his juice to make a great smoothie! The quality of the products are great and their service is excellent.
