Horrible horrible I order 5 items on May 17 for my nephew 8 grade graduation for a teacher for my brother in low and as of today I haven’t got it I call email them no respond please don’t buy anything form them

I have to give one star because it won't allow me to not put one. Don't ever purchase anything from this company. For an item that was for my 50th birthday and was supposed to take 5-10 days to arrive which would have been in time, I patiently waited 10 weeks with emails back and forward and still didn't receive my item. I asked for a refund and was denied and all they could say was they would print me a tshirt. I explained to them that this was unacceptable as it was now irrelevant and was basically told that was all they could do. They are a complete rip off. I am now going to have to try a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

I ordered a quarantine shirt for my senior son on 4/17 and it was delivered on 4/24. I ordered a Large but they sent a Youth Large. On 4/25 I filed a claim with a pic showing that their website did NOT say Youth large and I need an adult Large. On 5/5 I received notification that they would be reprinting and sending me a new one. It was finally shipped on 6/24 and arrived on 7/1. They sent a Youth XL!!!! Nope my 18 year old son still hasn’t shrunk to youth sizes! A month after graduation and I still don’t have a shirt to give him.

I ordered a birthday quarantined tshirt and mask on 4/1220 for my birthday 5/15. I received the shirt on 5/13/20 and NOT THE MASK. I have tried several tomes to file a complaint and was denied a refund for the price of the mask nor have they sent the mask and it is now 7/1/20. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY!!! They’re A FRAUD and u cant still use COVID as an excuse as to why I havent received my product. THE WORST BUSINESS OUT HERE. A BS COMPANY

I’m still waiting for a t shirt I ordered for my daughters 18th. I ordered it on 3.6.20.
Disgraceful customer service

Ordered 2 shirts May 28th, received 1 shirt on June 22nd. I've made numerous attempts to contact them about this but they only send me automatically generated emails claiming my order has not shipped yet. It clearly has if I received one of the items I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give a ZERO rating I would! Falsely advertised in GBP even when going through payment. Falsely advertised delivery estimates. I was charged in USD and have spent weeks trying to cancel my order as now there is a 4 week wait when I needed the product for a birthday... pointless having a birthday jumper AFTER the birthday. All I ever received was a robot response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I knew how much goss gear is paying anyone who gives them more than one star. This company sucks

Friendly enough staff on the online chat on their website, however TERRIBLE delivery time and communication skills! I had to ask 3 times for my email address to be amended (it still hasn’t been) I ordered a single size small t-shirt on the 15th may (not ordered for Father’s Day but in plenty of time for it) I have recieved my delivery today (26th June) after being told numerous times ‘my order is on its way’ if your planning to order please make sure you do so with AT LEAST 2 months in advance!

What a joke! Took 4 months to get the hoodie which was over a month past my daughter’s birthday and it was printed incorrectly.

I ordered t shirt in April. Still waiting. Rubbish, con artists. Having read the responses from everyone else not even going to contact company. Reckons it's now in UK since 10th June, really? I very much doubt it. I paid through PayPal but not sure what happens in this instance. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered April 14. Gave me 1/2 price refund when I complained (at least they responded - one star). Arrived June 22, well past my sister's birthday. Last time I order anything from these dumbasses.

Great t-shirt idea, my daughter loved it. The shipping was spotless.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: I would give this company zero stars if it would let me.
I ordered tshirts from them. (They also go by the name Ooi Shirts and other aliases). The quality stinks and the customer service is even worse. I have been going back and forth with them through the Better Business Bureau. They refuse to give me my money back even though I offered to return the tshirts to them. Any company that refuses to do returns tells me that they realize their product stinks and are taking advantage of the customer. ZERO STARS!! THE PRODUCT IS AWFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!

Don't order! No goods, no refund. No customer service! Its theft!

Complete BS. Just stealing money. Ordered months ago. Nothing came. Their emails are automated. They don’t reply to what you’re saying. Just that your order is en route. Mine has arriving “soon” since June 3! Sad to see companies like these. It should be more regulated and shut down. Pathetic on their part. I will be contacting my credit card company.

It should be zero, but... Over two months and one of two finally arrived. The shirt is very poor quality and the printing even worse - unreadable.

Ordered a t-shirt on 27th April still no sign of it. Filled in a claim form, not eligible for a refund as its in transit. On the tracking it says its still in US not moved since 5th June!!! Appalling service. Only interested in taking your money. Do not use!!!

It took nearly 7 weeks to arrive and it instead of 5th birthday being printed, we got 9th birthday. ABSOLUTE FAIL! To add insult to injury, there's no feasible way to contact them. You don't receive an order number and there's no direct e-mail address.
