terrible

The website has closed down so i cannot use my gift tokens as they are no longer trading them. The link to the website on their facebook page took me to a random website. Do not use this unreliable business in future.

Do not use this company!

After numerous attempts to gain an update on an order I placed in November 2021 that was never fulfilled, I now see based on other reviews that it’s not just me! Followed the advice on the website about contacting Calvin (several times) and made no difference. Shocking customer care! Do not use this company! Such a shame as I’d previously used them a couple years ago and notebook was good. I’ve ticked the box on this review to say feedback will be sent to the company - we’ll good luck with that because they’ve not responded to me so far!

Unreliable

Was given a gift card for Christmas. Have emailed my order twice as per the instructions and no response. Now the website is down.

No one is responding!!

I had two notebooks bought as a Christmas present from my daughter. I attempted to use the website which doesn’t work and is ‘under construction’ apparently! Used the email to contact Calvin who is either a non existent person or just useless. Emailed on 28th December requesting an order. Nothing. My daughter also bought one for herself and my other 2 daughters and we’ve not heard a thing? I’m assuming this is linked to Debenhams as my daughter purchased these before they closed. So what comeback is there if the store is no longer trading?? If items were purchased with good faith they should honour any orders placed, otherwise they have sold these books under false pretences. How much money have they gained without sending out a thing?!! Very poor

Appalling customer service

Used this company a few times as I purchased several books from Debenhams sale. Overall experience is pretty appalling.

Booked very delayed with one order and my
Last order I haven’t received. Despite several emails no response. Tried calling and couldn’t get through.

If you want to ensure that you receive your item on time or at all without any hassles then I would suggest you use another company!

Appalling Customer Service

So far, I am awaiting my order. I bought some vouchers for 3 notebooks. I placed the order on 23rd October which says it has been fulfilled. Nothing has arrived. I have e-mailed with no response and I have called but the 'extension is not available' so I have left a message. I am awaiting a response but not hopeful. These are supposed to be Christmas presents so I am very disappointed. If I get a response and this sorted I will alter this review but at the moment I have paid money for nothing in return.

Edit:
Despite calling, leaving messages and e-mailing multiple times (both the main sales line and a direct contact) they chose not to reply. The diaries then finally arrived. (I suspect they were re-Sent following my complaint although I cannot prove this as there is no date stamp on the parcel - sent 2nd class - and the dates would suggest re-sent)
Now they have arrived, 2 are the right colour and 1 is wrong! I once again e-mailed. This time I got a response!!!
The response was that ‘I’d bought different colours of the gift card in the shop and they didn’t have the right stock for the newly chosen colour so they reverted back to the gift card I’d bought’. (The way the website is set up, you can choose any colour and just input a gift card for the price). They said they had honoured 1 change of colour and had to revert the one they didn’t have back to the originally purchased colour. This is incorrect. They sent 2 (as originally purchased) and the wrong one - I bought a pink gift card, asked for plum, and they sent black!

So, even though they replied, the information was wrong. I don’t feel that I will get any further but have e-mailed to let them know!
At least I have 3 diaries and the one that is wrong, fortunately was the one for myself and not a gift so not as important.
It’s a real shame. The diaries look good, but the customer service is appalling!

Shame I can't give them 0 stars

Shame I can't give them 0 stars. After having issues redeeming Sainsbury's vouchers on their site, I contacted them (twice, as the first contact was ignored), to then be contacted by the Head Of Operations who said 'I’m sorry to hear about the difficulty that you are experiencing and will try to resolve it for you.' - 6 weeks later, and another 2 emails sent to him, and have had absolutely no response at all, after ending the requested information to him. I'm also still waiting on my order that I placed on 28/9/21, which seems to have disappeared. Won't be using them again and would advise anyone else to steer well clear!
