Slow delivery, poor customer service
I order 3 straps and excepted them to arrive in the time frame on there website. The first strap arrive 1 week late the other 2 took an extra 6 and 8 weeks. When I contacted the company the response was to blame covid delays. If they don't have stock they shouldn't be selling the product.
I wouldn't recommend this company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered in mid-December, got a shipping notification email 3 days later, emailed for an update bc the shipping tracking said it still hadn’t made it to a facility 9 days later. Was told to give it a few more days...so I waited another 5 days to be told yet again to please be patient. Here I am, 2 months since then and still no update on my order.
