Go Study for your student visas! I'm on my second one and I whole heartedly recommend Ana. She is such a wonderful help and has been really supportive.

My experience with GoStudy has been absolutely fab! Francesco and Stefania have been amazing throughout and have helped me every step of way to help me get my student visa and onto my course! Wouldn’t of been able to do it without them!

Francesco (and Stefania when she was covering for him during his annual leave) was very helpful, friendly and attentive the whole way through the student visa application process.

Because of COVID, there were significant delays with the processing of my application by the immigration department but Francesco was there to answer any questions and handle any changes to my application and did so quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended

I reached out to Go Study Australia & got a speedy reply from Francesco who was an absolute star throughout. Helped me at every step of the way & kept me in the look with any updates. He was so fast at replying & a delight to deal with.

He ensured all my documents & GTE etc was in order & looking as good as possible before then handing me over to Stefania who was also fast & professional with me.

Go Study Australia were the fifth education agency I got in touch with in December 2020 and by February 2021 I received my letter of offer to my course. They have been so supportive throughout covid and the border closures and kept me up to date every step of the way. Shout out to Francesco who has the patience of a saint! He answered every single one of my many endless questions and kept me positive waiting for the borders to reopen.

I would also like to mention Stefania who was amazing with helping me with my visa and so informative with everything I needed to do all the way up to arriving in Australia. And Anna who is supporting me through numerous things now I’m here! Such a fantastic team!!

Guys, where do I start. From day one, the patience Francesco has showed me is nothing short of a human miracle, I don't envy him having to deal with me.....

In all seriousness, he's always been on hand for anything I've needed, gone past what's expected of him to help me with organising personal leave from my college and has walked me through every step of the process despite my 12 million questions and all this in the crazy post COVID return of students, is testament to Francesco's commitment to his clients and knowledge and experience.

Later on i was introduced to Stefania, who helped with my Visa, and made this a breeze again despite my panicking that it wouldn't be granted in time, Stefania was on hand to to assure me and help with any worries/questions i had.

All in all, Go Study is a brilliant education agency and I'd recommend anyone wanting to study in Australia that they partner with Go study to get their application from stage 1 to 10.

Amazing service!! Francesco was a life saver, he helped me through all the process to get my Student Visa! I had a difficult application due to some issues I had in the past and Francesco was very supportive and patiently answered my million questions! I just got my visa granted after only a week I applied for! Definitely recomend it!

Due to Covid it took two years until I was allowed to come to Australia and start studying. He's been always very kind and helpful. Francesco answered every question and managed all inquiries quickly. Over the past two years I've had a lot of questions and he was very patient and friendly with me! Great service!

This was the third time I used Go Study Australia team to help me prepare my visa application and once again they did not disappoint. From helping me choose the right course for my needs, through watching over the due dates, to reviewing the entire application. All I had to do was to press the submit button. Francesco who I dealt with seemed ok at first but then when I found a cheaper, much cheaper OVerseas helath insurance cover he was arrogant and cocky becuase I probably was annoyed he wasn’t getting his commission.

I had my visa refused due to an issue with my GTE statement. I eradicated the issues and went to apply for a new visa only to find that my course has been cancelled without any email or contact from
Go study. That is shameful and a disgrace.

There’s many other companies out there who offer a better and cheaper service. And they also aren’t rude and demand you take them up on their inflated fees to con money out of overseas students

Years on I am having to apply for a new course, pay the fee, apply for a new visa and new insurance at the hefty cost due to go study not contacting me at all
To state the course had been cancelled and they didn’t offer to help with visas or anything

Claudia has helped me from the very beginning ( about 2 years ago). She has been there for me every step of the way in my journey studying in Australia. She is very consistent in keeping in touch with me, which I’ve found to be such a stress relief, she has been very supportive through the whole process. She explains everything perfectly to me so I understand everything I need to do in regards to visas and applying to my school of choice.
I can not even put into words how much I appreciate everything Claudia has and continues to do for me. I would 100% recommended speaking with her for anything you may need help with. I couldn’t have done this without her!

Extremely shameful behaviour by Go Study Australia. During the difficult pandemic times, struggling Visa holder in Australia are facing, General manager of Go Study Australia, Simon Costain has tried to limit Visa holders work options in Hospitality and Tourism by urging anyone with any interest to act immediately to stop changes that will allow visa holders to work in Hospitality and Tourism.

Preventing certain visa holders from working in Hospitality and Tourism industries is done for the benefit of Education Agencies like Go Study Australia at the expense of visa holders who are already finding it difficult to support themselves financially while in Australia. Many visa holders are already struggling, and can not afford to pay up to $1320 for a study visa and several thousand dollars more for a course; All so Go Study Australia can make their 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% 50% commission, which can be in the tens of thousand of dollars per student. That is correct; Student Agents can make tens of thousands of dollars commission when signing you up to a course. Does Go Study really care about you? It is evident by their actions they do NOT!

I would never recommend Go Study Australia for acting with such greed, selfishness, disdain, and with what only amounts to unconscionable conduct during these difficult times. It is clear that there Go Study Australia has put their self interest above the safety and welfare of visa holder and I would advise others not to ever use Go Study Australia. It is clear from their unethical and immoral behaviour they do not have anyone’s best interest in mind, except themselves.

Go Study Australia is all about making money at the expense of others welfare. This is no ethical behaviour, nor how a student agency should be acting. There must be other, more ethical Educational / student agencies to deal with, or if you want to Study, you can sign up directly with an Australian Educational Institute, You do not need a Student Agent.

Stay away from Go Study Australia; they certainly do not have your best interest at mind!
