An internal investigation revealed that:
1. after reviewing your onboarding and sales call recordings, our sales team never offered you a lead-based guarantee.
2. our fulfillment team performed an audit on your Google account and found that you did not answer around 50% of the calls you were receiving from qualified leads.
3. expectations were clarified on the sales call; sales associate stated: "Your results depend on your reviews, answer rate, [and] proximity..."
4. you were disrespectful to your account representative on a few occasions, which made you difficult to service.
We know that marketing is not for everyone. No matter how many leads we send or how good they are, if someone is not going to pickup the phone, it is a waste of everyone's resources.
Your contract was worth $11,288; we have decided to terminate your agreement with us after the first month due to you not being serviceable.
We are a for-profit business and would have preferred to keep charging you for the remainder of your contract, but we genuinely could not help as we cannot force you to pick up the phone.
