This is a scam! I ordered a doll and it never came! I wrote mails but the only responds I got were that they "look into it". I ordered the doll in May 2019 and it's already November 2019 and the doll never came.
Never going to order from there again.

Scam site. Ordered 2 items sep 17th and never delivered. Stay away from this site.

Ok, in the interests of fairness I have decided to update my review. The item I ordered did arrive within time and the tracking number was accurate and despite my concerns is pretty good (for a knock-off!) However I did have to contact Paypal to get them to chase the company on my behalf. Their customer service is very poor and it was almost impossible to get them to answer any enquiries (until Paypal forced the issue). I had originally tried to change the order then cancel it but Gotamochi ignored the requests and sent it anyway. As it turns out I am happy with the order but that was more luck than intention.
I suppose it is up to you whether to trust them or not. Perhaps I and the few others who got what they ordered are the exception and it's impossible to ignore the majority of bad reviews, so something is going on here. I have upped the star rating to 3 for average but that comes with a big question mark over their customer service!

I don't understand why this had so many bad reviews. I didn't see the reviews before ordering but I don't regret ordering at all. I got it within less than a month. I ordered on bts-merch.com and was scammed so don't buy from them. I recommend gotamochi

LESSON LEARNED.... NEVER SHOP/BUY ONLINE ESPECIALLY GOTAMOCHI
I ordered 2 items of BT21 last July2019 until now still no deliveries. I emailed them more than 20 times already and they only replied 3 times and no more.
ITS SAD... I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

My order has never arrived!

I've placed an order for 2 items in July, and I have only received 1 items. I have emailed numerous times to asked about my other items and want a refund for the 1 items which I have not received otherwise give me a time scale on when the missing items will be delivered. I am still waiting for a reply.
This company is really bad! This company doesn't deserve 1 star!!

I ordered a Hoodie and didn't get any order information, and I sent them an email recently, still haven't replied to me.

I ordered a Love Yourself Persona Hoodie From here. However the sizing was wrong and it was not 100% cotton like they said.

The hoodie was very pretty and I like it very much. They knocked off 10% for the trouble.

However, I don't think ill be shopping here again

I ended up having to contact paypal and they opened an investigation against them. They even ignored PayPal’s emails and thankfully I was refunded my money back by PayPal.
All the comments on this thread is what happened to me, and all are true.

Could not give zero stars. Ordered complete set of 35cm BT21 pluches. Waited over 2 months and got counterfeit stuff! I saw the pluches in Seoul and these look nothing like the originals. Sad for me that I paid full original prices.

Please, please do not order from this site!
I am still waiting for an order I placed over 2 months ago. After constant emails from myself asking where my order is I have had only 2 replies from a lady who calls herself ‘Annie Chung’.
The only response I have received is her stating that the tracking number has been sent and when I check it, it doesn’t exist. I have demanded my my money back (£40). But, have had no response and have had to accept that I will not get it back.
Please do not order from this site. I just wish I had read the reviews beforehand and I would of ordered from a trusted company.

I ordered shoes for a birthday present. I ordered 3 months ago. Still have not received them. No tracking number. I have sent several emails. I get the same response. Obviously just a generic letter. I paid $50 for nothing. Poorest customer service in history. They took my money quick. And all I got was a lesson in FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE!!!! FRAUD...SCAM...RIP OFF...

After 2 months of waiting and 20+ emails, my bts map of the soul persona box finally arrived. Almost everything in it was fake.

I ordered a BTS sweatshirt 3 months ago and never heard a peep since. No tracking, no refund and no sweatshirt.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Don't buy with this scam of a company. It's honestly the worst place I have dealt with. Thankfully I only purchased socks just under $15AUD. But it has been over 3 months and haven't received any item. I have been demanding a refund, but emails go unheard. I have never seen such poor customer service. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

This company disregards customer service, they really don't care if you don't use them again, I'd be very surprised if anyone who has ordered from this company previously will ever order from them again! This company doesn't deserve 1 star!!

I guess I should count myself lucky that my grand-daughter received her sweatshirt that I bought her from this store. I should have also READ the reviews on this store and bought from AMAZON instead.. it has been nearly 3months since I requested a sweatshirt and a mask.. she has never received the mask that I had ordered at the same time. I am now demanding my $$ back for the mask.. I'm thinking I will never get it.. I hope these reviews help others..

I ordered a BTS sweatshirt and a BT21 from GOTAMOCHI four days ago. Sadly, I had only read the reviews about the website after I purchased them (Probably the worst decision I have ever made in my entire life). Then I figured it could be better if I just cancelled my order and get the refund two days later of purchasing, so I sent an email to them saying I wanted to cancel my order. Two days later, they replied to me saying that my order was cancelled and they refunded my money. I checked my bank account and saw my amount of money is still the same as after they charged me. Worriedly, I called the bank and I found out that they CLAIMED the money even AFTER I CANCELLED the order. And the bank even gave me a number to file a report, but I'm still waiting for GOTAMOCHI's response towards this issue and it has been almost two days. If they, however, really scammed me, I will just leave this review here. I am so disappointed because I used up all of my savings to buy the merch which costed $55 altogether (It is a lot to me since I need to convert it into Malaysian Ringgit). Was so excited to finally get my BTS merch and now I'm bumped out because of this. Moral of the story, think wisely before you make any decision to buy stuff online.

UPDATE:
Thankfully, I have received my refund but it's weird that they never responded to my emails after giving me back my money. Although I'm lucky to get a refund, the website still seems sketchy. Like why would they even claim my money after my order has been cancelled? Overall, I wouldn't recommend to buy anything from GOTAMOCHI to anyone at all. Instead, I purchased from the official app, Weply. Eventhough the shipping price is highly expensive, I would rather buy from a trusted website than the cheaper, untrustworthy and shady website.
