I ordered a pair of glasses for the third time as I love the frames. Expected a pretty long shipping time as it was end of November and so not as concerned with this. However, my glasses came with an incorrect lens. Been trying for 3 weeks to be in contact to rectify the situation and received one response to my 3 emails with no follow up. Extremely disappointed. Will be returning the item.

I requested for a new glasses cloth and they sent this to me for free as they provide a 1 year after care.
Not only did I receive the cloth but they surprised me with a free personalised case which I thought was extremely kind of them!

Best Service Ever GOTD
I won a competition on Instagram with GOTD and I can honestly say they’ve given the best service to me. They allowed me to try frames on to find the best suitable. Prescription sunglasses were what I wanted and the turnaround to get them sorted was so fast.
I’m really happy with my glasses and the prices are fair for the quality of the glasses.
I would highly recommend even over many of the local popular stores who sell glasses.

From the level of service and design quality, you would have expected this company to be at least a decade old! Received my prescription Horatio Gold within 3 working days. Incredibly light and well built, with a welcoming design flare. The diameter is a tad large for my face, but may not be the case for all. Superb value for money, try this company out!

We do not offer a free trial as such but we do promise free returns on non prescription orders if you ever wish to purchase a frame without a prescription first to check it fits and suits you. If you then wished to have your prescription added after trying them for size, we would happily glaze them to your prescription for you, free of charge. So not a free trial as such, but still our way of making sure you are not committing to eyewear that may not be right for you 😊
