Scam company asked for refund many days before the order was sent out, only answered me when item was sent. They totally ignored my emails. Don't give up get in touch with your bank for a chargeback. Don't let them get away with what they ate doing. We need to close these scam companies down. Probably only run by a couple of people. As I said start a CHARGEBACK with your bank.

Complete rip-off. Purchase made in July - no refund at November after months of complaint.
I ordered an item in July and needed to return it. The website’s return policy sounded straightforward, but in reality the return process was extremely misleading. Customers are not told in advance that returns must be sent back to China, at their own expense, and with no proper support from the retailer.
I returned the item exactly as instructed, but the retailer left the package in customs for weeks and is now having the package sent back to me instead of completing the return. My item has been in the post for so long that the tracking number stopped working 😂 no idea where that item even is now.

I purchased a range of clothing from this site and was unhappy with the quality so requested to return. To begin with it took about 6 attempt to get them to agree to issue me with a returns number. I have now been informed the returned package is stuck at customs with little sign it is ever going to make it through for my retied. A full two months later and I'm a total of £132 out of pocket for the clothing items and a further £30 it cost for the returns package so £162 worse off with absolutely nothing to show for it. The simply fact of the matter is be VERY sure you want the clothing otherwise you're simply throwing your money away.......AVOID!!!!

Terrible. I placed an order with expedited shipping hoping to get the item quickly. It took nearly 3 weeks. Customer service is useless and unresponsive if you have an issue, and the quality of the product isn’t worth what you pay. There are some nice clothing/apparel shops online. This is not one of them.

This is another one of those companies that you SHOULD NOT TRUST. I ordered a SKIRT, they sent me a SKORT - it's not the same thing! You can fit more easily into a skirt than shorts - which this is (A skort is a skirt with shorts under it). I'd ordered a cheap cape from Wallmart. It was horrible. When I saw that Goth N' Rock had one, for much more $$, I ordered it. It was literally THE SAME THING! Horrible fabric, far too small (as is the skort) - then I wrote to them and they ignored me. They only responded when I went through PayPal. AND THEN they had the audacity to just try to appease me by offering me 40% off on other items when they already offer 50% off on the site - and they just want to get MORE money from me??? I am so disgusted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

it's a scam!!! do not buy from this site. I order a pair of leather pants and I receive a cheap pair of slippers!!!

WARNING - This is a scam company, the items are nothing like what is pictured
and they refuse to accept returns, but they will offer you a 40per cent discount to buy the same item again as apparently this is a lot cheaper then returning it overseas at your expense! Wtf! Jokers! As if you would give them more money for an item that is falsely advertised. I might as well of got the money and chucked it down the drain!

It took long time to get to me and not good quality. After I bought them I saw the same shoes on Ali express for much less.

Most terrible customer service. The clothes was not even simular to the pictures and the quality is bad. And the sizes is wrong.
I asked for a return several times and it tooked them almost two months to answer. And the answer was that I could get 40% discount on the next order.
Would not recommend this and I will never order from this site again.

Yes they do prefer to give credit instead of exchanges as they are a small company and by the time you've paid the cost of the return and the cost to relist the item it may be cheaper to take their discount and reorder.
However i do agree that they should allow returns with refunds if requested.

Unfortunately it’s the same story as everyone else: I ask to return something and they say “Sure but you might prefer a discount”. I say “no, send me the address to return the item” and they ignore me. I’ve asked 5 times. Reluctant to brand a company a scam but it seems the inevitable conclusion.

Will not respond to a return request. Have emailed them several times. They are a scam company. Avoid at all costs

They are completely ignoring my request to return an item which was the wrong size. I only wanted the next size up. No replies. No contact number! Avoid at all costs

If I could give a zero I would. this site is very misleading. there's no brand name tag inside the clothing. I purchased some faux leather pant. I was told the pants were out of stock and gave the option to store credit, which I declined because I really was looking forward to the item. I never received my refund. They don't respond back. So basically, I was robbed of my money.

Cheap temu-quality clothes delivered directly from China: they don't even pretend that it's a nice product by sending it to themselves first and then sending it to us. That also means that if you buy multiple things you will get them delivered from multiple places and will have to pay for multiple packages back to China in order to return anything that doesn't fit or looks bad. And yes: it all looked bad... the maxi skirt was not actually maxi but 3/4 and the material is super low quality. The trousers were horrible shape and cheap unpleasant material. The dress-shirt was shapeless and weird and it cost me £30, but returning it would cost £20 plus a few dollars "return fee"... The skirt and trousers were about £70 for both but the cost of returning them would be about half of that price...
I will never use this shop again and will do my best to leave a negative review for them anywhere I can, because they are clearly scammers pretending to seel nice quality products and I honestly never had such a bad experience with buying clothes, so I want people to be aware of what kind of comanpy this is and that they can find the same clothes for a fraction of price somewhere else x

I bought the men’s leather jacket on 8 November an received a message from Goth n rock saying that the item isn’t available in the store that’s why they offer choosing another thing and + %10 by themselves.
and I reclaimed my money back but they didn’t reach me and solve the problem

I ordered One small jacket, when they sent through my confirmation it had TWO jackets - one small and one XS. They charged me for two. I wrote to them immediately to tell them. A series of lies then occurred. I couldn't cancel the second jacket - that I didn't order - cos they had already been shipped. Which is very strange as I then received an email 4 days later to say my order had been shipped. They then said to send the second back as soon as it arrived and they would refund. There was no return address nor return information when it arrived. As with many other people on this review site they said then said that returning was quite expensive and time-consuming and instead could give me a 40% discount on future purchases. All I wanted is to not be charged $89.25 for an item I did not order. Don;t use them you will just get annoyed with their awful customer service. I note that you can't leave reviews on their website

My first order actually wasn't bad. Not quite as cool as in the photograph, but I was happy with it.

On seeing a deal, I bought some other items - a leather jacket and two long sleeve shirts - totalling $160.51 AUD.

These were terrible. They looked nothing like described, or pictured. The leather jacket, despite me selecting my size, was too small, and the shirts genuinely felt like I was wearing a children's costume. Like a sad, full-body sock, with four holes. I wouldn't buy my dog clothes that bad.

Naturally I went to return the items, only to find out that they were going to make me pay for the return shipping - to China - which cost $54.30, out of my own pocket. But despite the fact that the goods were falsely advertised, they said they'd refund me, minus shipping and an $8 restocking fee. I figured this was better than wearing this rubbish, so I did it.

On 15/07/2025. And they still haven't imported the goods and refunded me.

The process of trying to follow up on these goods has - and continues to be - harrowing. The responses are brief, vague, and infrequent. They're very hard to get in touch with, and the communication is sh*te.

I've literally had to get Consumer and Business Servicves involved.

Just wanted to inform you of the absolute BS to expect when ordering from here.

Date of experience is when I first sent my formal complaint to them (6 months ago). Leaving a review here because there's nowhere to review the products on their site (gee I wonder why).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! None of the products are as described or are as presented on the website. You will order something and then it will come as a knock-off, second hand, cheap material that doesn't fit right. Then if you ask for a refund they will just offer you a coupon to use at the store because "return shipping can be costly and is at the expensive of the buyer". I have read other reviews in which this has happened to people. I purchased a dress for $74 and it was presented as one thing. Was delivered as a glue stick glitter, cheap mesh, not even the same design piece of junk. Can't even send it back because now they won't answer my emails. Save your wallet, don't do it. Their items are NOT as they are displayed and you will lose money.

I ordered a coat, the description on the website says it's made of cotton and wool, but when I received it, even the label says it's 100% polyester.
Wasted time, money, and nerves. I don't recommend buying anything here.
