Firstly I have had almost no problem with the product. It has worked exactly as it should. But the service has been exemplary! My customer service contact gets back to me within 5 mins always to answer any question, or to help with the product in any way. I recently added two more TVs to my account. The price is good, the product is great, the service is better.
