Very smooth booking process so far with lot's of help from Volkan at the EGG Charter base.

This is our return to Gocek from 2019 and the response to our email for a reservation was really helpful and booking straightforward.
Pricing and payment details are clear and easy.
Last time the shore crew were great and the boat was immaculately cleaned and fully prepared for us with a detailed handover before departure.
The only glitch which is worth remembering was the queue for the fuel berth when returning. This may have changed so we’ll see and ask about it before we leave and plan our return accordingly.
Very happy to be back with Goto Sailing.

GotoSailing has the best presales customer support I've ever seen at any website. Within seconds of asking a question on the popup chat, on a weekend, I got a real person who handled several questions from me over the next half-hour. He could see everything I had filled out on the website, so we didn't waste time on the facts. The next day, I chatted with more questions. The customer service rep was a different person but she knew everything about my case including promises that they had made to chase down some photos.

The website presents a lot of information about every boat in an orderly way. Excellent.

What remains is the actual charter experience. Hoping it goes as well as the booking process did.

Finally we found a website shows really available boats.
Last year we booked a boat in another site and 2 days later, they cancelled our booking with a stupid reason.
We were worried at first but after a friendly chat, Claire assured us that only available boats are listed. Anyway, we did our booking and now fingers crossed, we hope the boat is in good condition as seen on pics.

Easy process to book and pay

Very easy to use web pages to browse and to rent the boat. Fast answers to questions submitted by email. One star deducted due to cancelation terms in the rental contract being different from the (better ones) on the web page. I guess not all can be kept in synch during these changing times. Actual rental outcome to be seen in summer 2022.
