Best tech company
Can't recommend this company enough . They have gone above and beyond for me twice with my B760M Pro RS/D5 motherboard! Best price, as well as matching other companies' prices. If you want a company where you can ask questions about your build or even future parts compatibility, they’ve got all the answers.

I recently placed an order for a graphics card. However returned it due to reasons. I never even opened it or took it out the box. However Gotraka claimed that It was used and installed which is impossible since I have no access to a PC. They take 10% off the retail price for no damn reason. Do not reccomend! Awful customer service. Very disappointed big time

Hi, Thank you for sharing your review, when any item is returned we inspect it, unfortunately upon inspection the GPU showed signs of insertion. This is the reason why. The item was returned unopen and as new - the way in which we shipped the item to you. We appreciate this is not the outcome you would have wanted.
Rapid delivery & Great Payment Options
Used twice , literally deliver within 16hours of ordering - fantastic service & great selection.
cannot comment on customer service , my computer build is month-to-month & as such any item that isn't working will be long out of gotraka warranty but will still be within Manufacturer warranty.
Also use Clearpay which when used properly allows for paying for items over a 2 month window

First time Gotraka order
My first time ordering from Gotraka, I ordered two 34" monitors as they were the better offer.
No issues so far with them, however only 4 stars due to issues with tracking.
I ordered on Thursday, arrived on Saturday, notified Monday it was on its way and Tuesday to say its being delivered "on that day".
My only issue I have but good deal for what I wanted and no technical issue yet.

Fantastic service I order 3 parts to finish my pc build and the case was out of stock Kate emailed my offering alternative I phoned to confirm this and explained I was hoping to have parts for weekend so I could bulld computer over weekend this was 2pm Thursday they sent it priority and I got it by 11am on the Friday absolutely top service

Smooth experience
Had a bit of trepidation ordering as I had not used company before but everything worked great. Monitor arrived in perfect condition within 3 days, courier advised delivery time, and price was great too. What's not to like.
