I was in between thoughts on ordering due to the negative reviews however I bit the bullet as they had a brilliant deal on the Go To Black, glad I did now.!
My item was passed to courier (EVRI) the day after order and was with them for just under a week, was delivered today in good packaging any the item is exactly what I ordered, no fuss no delays no messing about so basically no trouble at all..😃 will defo order from them again 🙌👍

SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Placed an order 2 weeks ago left it a week thought I’d email them as I had no confirmation or email about dispatch.No answer at all emailed several times no reply at all!
Thought to check their website reviews through trust pilot and just knew straight away I been scammed I should have checked trust pilot before ordering!

SCAMMERS! Paid for a tan accelerator and they never sent it. Email does not work, phone number is off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have report to action fraud!

This ‘company’ should be embarrassed to post on social media about their products that are dispatched ‘next day’ I have been scammed. I noticed this company on tik tok and whilst I was wondering what was taking my order so long I started to read through comments that other people weren’t receiving their orders and they have sneakily deleted people’s comments now to make it look like they aren’t scammers

Scam company ordered over a week ago should have read the reviews before ordering KEEP AWAY spend your money at a reputable company 👍🏻

Never shipped items and were impossible to get hold of.

Placed an order 10 days ago no order has been received. Sent emails, Instagram, contact page requests to ask even WhatsApp but no response. Almost £100 of items contacting my credit card company now as clearly no items will be received looking through other reviews.

Scam you don’t receive your goods and they take your money

Placed an order, and two items missing on delivery, which I'd paid for, took photos of what I received, emailed 3 times about a refund, still waiting for a reply and my refund, been nearly a month now, with no luck.. scam company 🤬

Worst company! Made an order they took my money, never even got a confirmation. Messaged numerous times got ignored then got blocked. Thankfully I managed to do a claim with my bank. Absolute scam!

Use this company a lot for sunbed creams (absolutely love their mystery sachets boxes) sometimes delivery takes over a week but have never not received a parcel from these and I order twice a month from them!

Scam scam scam. Placed order and payment taken. They did not complete my order. I contacted them and they told me they would refund. No refund received and they have stopped responding.

Found Gotta Glow via tiktok and I’ve got to say the company is great!!! I was looking for a new sunbed cream and I asked which one they suggested and they got back to me straight away. They are the cheapest around!! Great selection of creams at great prices!!
