Ordered some posters over a month ago, nothing has been posted. Sent them a message and no reply.
Update, they did reply after the 2nd message, and issued a refund.

Spend your money elsewhere
Print quality is low to mid. One of the prints I ordered is very pixelated and unusable. The others are fine, but nothing special. The paper is heavy and good quality, but the printing job is equal to what my home HP printer could do.

Posters arrived damaged and one was incredibly poor quality, very pixelated. Requested reprints, was responded to requesting more info, have since been ignored. Do not shop here, customer service is virtually non-existent and quality can’t be guaranteed apparently.

I ordered several posters for my bakery, and they turned out amazing! The quality is great, everything was packed carefully and arrived right on time. I actually made a mistake in my order, but the team was super kind and helped me fix it — they even sent an extra poster with the correct size. Really appreciate their professionalism and care. My framed print was assembled poorly and arrived damaged. Not all the silver tines of the frame were behind the print, which warped the frame. One of the silver tines had poked through the paper of the print - creating a tear. I sent an email asking about a refund or replacement and have yet to hear back.
