Fast and easy service
Fast and easy service, I've been using Gourmet eLiquid for over a year now. Every month, when I place my order, it arrives the next day, and there are never any mistakes.
Their prices are competitive and the rewards system they have when you purchase is nice allowing for a £5 discount when you've earned enough points.
They also often have sales on with discounts of 15-20% off.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Great juice choice
Going with 5 stars as I hunt unique juices as bored of the normal. But I made quite a large purchase but they didn’t have it in stock. Milo got hold of me pretty quickly & said he would sort the refund out immediately & he did just that. A lot of places take a while to refund. They have a good product line but their downfall is they are roughly a fiver more expensive on every juice than maybe 10 other places I can think of. I hope they realise this & adjust the prices as they would be very popular. Don’t think that’s going to help me win a voucher 🤣 but it’s the truth

Sorry your Voopoo Drag 3 arrived with a scratched screen, that’s obviously disappointing and not the experience we want our customers to have. Just to clarify, the device is supplied to us sealed and brand new from the manufacturer, and we dispatch it in that condition.
Regarding the “ignored” part - when we checked, we couldn’t locate your original email in our inbox. As soon as we saw your Trustpilot review on 19th Feb, we contacted you the same day to resolve it.
We offered a free return and a replacement, which is the correct process for a faulty/damaged device. You advised you didn’t want to return the device, so we weren’t able to complete a replacement/refund without the item coming back. We then sent a goodwill pack, but we understand you’ve said you’re not happy with that.
If you’d like to proceed with a replacement or refund, we can still help - we’ll just need the device returned using our free returns link. Please reply to our email and we’ll get it arranged.
