Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

Delivery a little longer but all products came perfectly
The experience was good overall! The delivery was reasonable longer but once I contacted the company, they promptly sent me an email clarifying all my questions! The staff was helpful and the products came in perfect condition.

Disappointed
I ordered a bottle of „Passport Scotch Whisky“ an they delivered a bottle of „Passport Selection“, which isn‘t a Whisky but a „Spirit Drink“.
Although delivery was fast (yet not cheap) and it was well packaged I‘m disappointed not to get the Whisky I ordered and paid for.

Cheap, but takes a while
I placed my order on a Wednesday, but it wasn't despatched until the following Tuesday. Once despatched, it arrived very quickly in just 3 days. Other merchants I use despatch the day I place the order, but they tend to be rather more expensive. So the choice seems to be speedy but expensive with other merchants, or slow but cheap with TCM Gourmet.

The shipment cama late and damaged
The shipment came late. The parcel was smashed and some bottles ware partialy broken or damaged.
Damage documents and pictures were done by the courier GLS.
Your Customer Service is asking me for these items. I have only one of the copies of damage report (no copies of pictures taken).
Your Customer Service has refused to process my claim of my loss.
After your reply I want to add:
Your statement " there are no damages reported on the GLS tracking system " is simply not rue.
I contacted GLS at national spedition office and they have the Protocol of Damages on records the same one that I already emailed to you when first contacting TCM Gourmet.
I am 75 years old and remember different ways of doing what is right...
