BUT they send you a coupon each delivery for 10%off your next order i think I've had approx 5 orders in last couple months I know it's not alot in the grand scheme of things but iam quite annoyed I tried again today.Thank you
Lack of customer service
I ordered the wrong item from this store. I wanted the lemon bonbons that they sell through Amazon after they’d sent me a card offering 10% discount if I brought directly from them. So I ordered and the wrong type of lemon bonbon arrived.
I have emailed them twice over a week to explain my situation and to see if I could return and exchange them or whether I’d need to reorder. It was £60 worth of sweets.
They have not replied or acknowledged my email.
So we are now progressing to a complaint as your customer service is diabolical.
Never received order and refused refund
If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed an order with them got an email a few days later to stay my package was delivered. I went and looked for the package couldn't find it they asked me to check with my neighbours which I did and still never received my order. I then contacted them again a d they are no telling me the cannot refund me my money for my order even though I never received it due to it being the fault of the delivery driver. I asked for evidence of tge licture of where the delivery was delivered and they refused to provide me with this. I will never be using this company again.

I always order sweets from them and they ship it out on the same day (I just did an order and it got shipped out in 14 mins….) and I always get it within 2 days.
Highly recommend when buying sweets.

Not delivered items despite saying 3-5 business days! Do not respond to emails and website does not work correctly. Very poor experience.

Customer service for this company is absolutely appalling. Sent 2 emails both of which have been ignored regarding the unacceptable and unsanitary delivery of my order of sweets. Please do not listen to their feedback when they say this is not their company. It is, I have an order number. 2 emails and 1 contact form has been completely ignored

This company has got to be the best out there,made an order on Wednesday for my families favourite sweets (Candy sticks) and they arrived this morning in excellent packaging with their company logo on the front of the sweet packets, definitely professional and stylish and packed amazingly.
So worth the money,would give this company more than five stars if could,Thank you ever so much from a very happy customer.

Order never arrived and unable to get a response
I ordered some sweets amounting to £31.90 on December 20 and they have not arrived.
Ive emailed the company twice and not had a reply, the tracking information I was sent states that they are awaiting for the package to be dropped off to the royal mail.
This looks like a fake and fraudulent website and I advise to steer clear of

I can only conclude the owner has either hospitalised or has no morals about customer satisfaction.
Head must be buried in the sand if he thinks customers can be ignored and his business continues to exist.

Complete joke of a company spent hundreds of pounds and nothing. Won't reply to any emails. No contact number listed anywhere. Tried for weeks . Even had a friend ordered and lost money . Don't waste your time . eBay might be ok at least you have half a chat to get a refund. If you deal directly with the website no chance of anything. I placed a big order to be delivered to…
I placed a big order to be delivered to a near by post office. Which it was delivered. But Royal Mail never sent me the email to pick up my order. I had zero help from this company in trying to get my order. Even though it has now been returned back to them, they have still refused to refund me my money.
Appalling Customer Service
I have spent quite a bit of money with this company over the last few months. The last order contained only two thirds of the the jar and the discount code they provided won't work on the website.
I have emailed multiple times without any response. The customer service is dire. They never respond.
Gourmet Sweets needs to up their game with responding to feedback and queries. You've now lost another customer who has spent a lot of money with you purely because of your dreadful customer service. Do the right thing Gourmet Sweets!
Strawberry bon bons turned out to be caramel >:(
So my grandma placed a large order for a birthday party. She ordered a 1kg bag of strawberry bon bons. They were caramel dipped in sugar... like caramel sweets... dipped in sugar. Like what????

non-existant customer service. Placed large order for sweet cart for my wedding, half of sweets arrived were incorrect and other half did not arrive. Multiple attempts to contact company across different platforms with no response. Terrible!
Why won’t they reply to me
Still haven’t heard anything back from this company…. I tried and tried contacting them via email and phone but nothing…. This company should be ashamed about customer service or support
Zero customer service
A bit expensive, but sweets are OK. The problem I have is customer service which is zero. They sent me the wrong sweet, I emailed 3 times asking if they would correct the order, but no reply. I contacted them via Instagram and again, no reply. I won't bother again because if it's wrong again, I have no recourse.
