My name is Robert Patton a Veteran with 2 tours in Iraq. I started an underwear company SHEATH, and it is doing well, but I don't like this company because they are very misleading. First of all, you contact PTAC which I did and got all set up on SAM, but Chris Crossly called me 1000 times and eventually talked me into signing up with them Not too much money for us, 3,000 but I imagine that is a lot for smaller companies to throw away. What they don't tell you is that, they set the policy so that they will never actually write a contract for you because they require 21 business days which ends up being closer to a month and no government contract bids appear to go out that far so, "they can't work on it" but they are soooo nice and they tell you what you want to hear and they will try etc. It's nearly criminal. I've brought up my concerns and they placate you, Im like 6 months into our agreement and still haven't found a contract that they "contractually obligated to write" because each bid is usually due in 2-3 weeks from time release to public. I found one. that was 3 weeks, 21 days, but... they need 21 business days, which is actually 27 days. It's just a scam. don't buy into it. contact me if you want. I am the CEO of a multi million dollar underwear company. I have no reason to lie.

The Staff at the Government Market Place introduced and walked me through the process for successfully gaining a GSA Schedule Contract. The process was smooth through the guidance of the courteous and helpful staff. Without them, the navigation to gain the contract, would be difficult. The experience was stress free.

I have worked with Gov. Marketplace for over five years.  They are consummate professionals who know the "ins and outs" of state and federal procurement. More importantly, they understand the certifications and credentialing required for each business complete in order to conduct business with those government agencies.
Their processes are tried and true and they are great at doing what they say they do, "connecting small business to government business, one business at a time!"

Moonstone Interactive received our award because the Government Marketplace team knew the ‘rules” and made sure that we fit in the GSA box. After going through the GSA process, I sincerely recommend Government Marketplace and the value they provide.

Our company hired Government Marketplace, LLC to help us secure our GSA. This is a very complicated and long process. (rules/policies change along the way). Depending on your industry this process could take up to 18 months to complete. We could not have successfully secured our GSA without them. When they say they will be in it with until the VERY end - they mean it. No extra charge. If you're thinking about securing a GSA, I highly recommend you hire them to help you do this. If you do it on your own, you may not finish because it's frustrating and complicated.

I spoke with Christian Pina and he took care of my situation, found me a reasonably priced plan and was very polite and courteous throughout our whole conversation! The experience was a great one, he represents the company very well, and has done an excellent job with great personality and attitude !
