I needed to change my interview…
I needed to change my interview appointment date at the embassy. I tried using the data provided by govassist. It was not recognised by the embassy link. I asked for assistance from govassist to change the interview date but received only the standard response that my ticket had been updated. It would appear that once the govassist set up is completed there is no further assistance available to resolve issues that may arise with changes in circumstances.
