It was incredibly quick service. Linda was very helpful and we were able to get a temporary visa in under 15 minutes.
Only fault is that it was expensive but when you need a visa quickly, the price seems worth it when you’re in a pinch.

I arrived at the airport without a visa…
I arrived at the airport without a visa to enter Vietnam as I thought I could get the visa when I arrive there, but Korean air requested the visa. I went online and found Asia discovery travel and was in contact with Shen. Shen was absolutely brilliant and I got the visa in 20 minutes. I would certainly have missed my flight without Shen’s fast communication. Thank you.

We put an incorrect date on our visas…
We put an incorrect date on our visas and did not realize this until we were at the check-in counter at the airport, 2 hours before our flight. Linda helped us obtain visas within minutes. Her contact via WhatsApp helped ease our fears of whether this would all work out. I wondered if this was a legitimate service before payment but sure enough, we had an emergency letter in had within a few minutes of submitting the necessary information and someone met us upon arrival at the airport holding a sign with our names. He completed the paperwork and sent us the final, corrected visas and we were able to enter the country. It was a nerve wracking experience and a costly mistake but we were able to start our trip in Vietnam.
