So easy and convenient to use
It was great being able to get my passport on line. Convenient and fairly easy to do. The site always kept in touch with text as to the process
My only problem was using my phone to get a useable photo.

I ordered the complete package for Gov+…
First of all threaten them with your lawyer and you will get your money back. I did I ordered the complete package for Gov+ The picture driver's license, everything they required went to the post office to get my passport. Not one of their items were accepted at the post office. The post office lady told me that they are not in applicable company. Please don't waste your time with this company cuz everything that they do as into paperwork. Your picture all your identification information is not acceptable for a passport. All I needed when I went to the post office was my birth certificate, the application and the pictures for my passport. It cost me $200 because I got the book and the card and the card does not replace anything. You cannot use it at the DMV. You cannot use it as an identification. It's only good to travel to Mexico or Canada. So be careful and please do not deal with gov+.

Gov+ made SEVEN errors on my passport…
Gov+ made SEVEN errors on my passport application. When, after a couple of weeks, my new application arrived, it had an error on it that had been correct before. A complete and utter waste of money and the customer service chat and email time it took to correct it all. The only benefit was their making sure my photo was compliant. I could, however, have done that elsewhere for less money.
