I was promised phone calls / emails in regards to starting up my website, I gave all information requested - filled out their onboarding form, and I had no further communication, I was told “we will arrange on Wednesday” this was on the Friday before, as the Wednesday came around, several messages were ignored.
Amazing company, my thoughts are easily translated and transformed into website genius.
