I only use Go shuttle when I’m departing my parents home returning back to Charlotte. The driver, Zak arrive 15 minutes early and I arrived at the airport on schedule to catch my flight. He was punctual, polite, and I have rode with him a few times; at this point, where we engage in light and pleasant conversation. I’ve never been disappointed with Go shuttle’s service — the professionalism and decorum of their drivers.

My flight came in over two hours late and that was no problem. They watched my flight, a new driver was assigned and we got to the cruise terminal in plenty of time.

Absolutely no problem with the driver Peter. My problem was with the company. We booked a couple of months prior and the day before received a text that they cancelled our ADA van because it only could hold 2 people. My reservation was for 8 people which was on my conformation. In order to accommodate us we had to pay additional money when it was your company’s fault to begin with and allowing the reservation to begin with. It should either of not of been allowed to begin with or your company should have eaten the difference for your error. Our hands were tied because it was less than 18 hours from pick up time. Your representative refused to help. Basically pay or don’t travel with us. I will definitely think twice about doing this again considering my large party travels on a cruise just about every month. Since it was your computer error I feel we should have not been responsible for paying the additional money. That would be the difference of a good company vs a non reliable company

16 October: I received an apologetic telephone call from Carrie, which has helped. She explained that the service we received fell below their usual high standards and was not acceptable; I accept the apology.
A refund for the 'no show' has also been received and I am content to draw a line under the incident.
I have updated my rating accordingly.

Our opinion - unreliable and they ignore communications! We suggest that you seriously consider using another service provider!
The Goshuttle, booked and paid for in advance, was to collect us from an address in Marion, Ohio and take us to John Glenn International Airport; however, the vehicle did not arrive at the confirmed time and we did not received any indication that there was a problem with the shuttle booking.
We waited for ten minutes after the proposed pickup time and then, concerned, we contacted the contractor to expedite our transport, (which we considered was time critical) only to be advised that there was a 'no show' and that our payment would be refunded.
We were not offered a replacement shuttle service or any further support. This put us in the difficult position of having to find an alternative service at short notice, with all the anxiety that such a situation can cause.
We appreciate that we don't live in a perfect world; things do go wrong and as such when things do go wrong we think that a service provider should be measured on how they respond to and address the issue and 'assessed' accordingly. We feel that, in this instance, the response to the "no show" could have been better by at least offering some kind of alternative/support.
We have now chased the refund for the journey several times (by email), but after three days we are still waiting for reimbursement (and an apology?).
