I placed an order for 2 dogs 15 days ago but got charged more than the price on their website. Sent customer service an email and they replied that I had been charged correctly due to the exchange rate. I have yet to receive the order, and now rather worried after reading the reviews that the company is a scam.

I ordered 2 dogs, got charged, then got charged double again. Their lithuanian customer center just sends auto responses completely unrelated to the question I have asked.
Firstly, tried to order one, instantly billed me for 3, for about 73.00 quid when i tried to rectify order they had already took PayPal money and said could not alter order as already been shipped , amazing delivery one minute after order, and still not here yet, they did say I could return them but after reading reviews whoa, that does not look encouraging, should have read reviews before trusting this notso amazing item. Cannot even give them the benefit of the doubt after unscrupulous sales technique..
