The products are way cheaper because they come from Japan so the price difference for anyone in the U.S. is pretty huge. It doesn't take that long to get anything shipped either.. I have never waited more than a week.

Fake website, Goyard does not have online shopping available you can only buy from the store.

I ordered a tote bag, it was shipped promptly. However, once I received it, I compared it to my authentic one and there were some quality issues. The stitching was messy. The stamping was not the same. It was very very close to the real one, but some quality issues. I reached out and the Offered to exchange. But I asked for a refund, after sending them side by side pictures she immediately offered a refund. I don’t believe these are authentic.

I purchased an item on 06/01/24. I was surprised that it took a full week to go through their process of inspection, verification and getting the item ready to ship. I would have thought all their items have already been inspected and verified. Then I was notified that although my item was ready to ship, their shipper was experiencing delays due to "lack of flights".
I waited patiently and finally reached out to customer service about two weeks later only to be told that they would look into the matter. When I failed to hear from them after that, I decided it was time to cancel my order, a full 3 weeks after placing it. They could not even tell me if it had been shipped or lost in transit. Nothing.
This was the worst online shopping experience I've had with a Japanese vendor!

The design is minimalistic but the functionality is out of this world! I think that this Goyard wallet really is unmatched. Thanks for the quick delivery too. I am happy!

GoyardWorld sells counterfeits. I had the items in my purchase professionally authenticated and they were found to be inauthentic based on
"incorrect fonts throughout; inferior hardware branding; and chemical smell throughout."

They refused to refund me when I brought these issues, with documentation to their attention

I purchased a Goyard bag for my wife for our anniversary from Goyard World JP. It arrived promptly and when I gave my wife the gift she was immediately concerned it was a fake because there were no tags or receipts to authenticate the bag.

I reached out to Goyard World customer support and they got back to me right away and offered a refund, provided that I paid shipping to return it to Hong Kong (which is expensive from the US). Upon closer inspection, my wife believed the bag was authentic and brand new, and has been happy with the gift.

I have wanted to upgrade to Goyard for years but it never materialized for one or another reason... That until last week when I finally placed my first order and my new cardholder has just arrived. In short, it is what they advertise it to be but still looks way better than in photos. Either way, a good purchase!
