In my experience, this person did not pay the photographer they hired for a job. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, it has now been over two months with no payment and no response, he has completely stopped replying. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise photographers and other creatives to be very cautious before working with him.
