Great selection of plugins and themes
Great selection of plugins and themes. The site is easy to navigate, and the downloads are quick. I had a minor issue with one plugin, but the support team resolved it promptly

GPL Villa helped when I couldn't get the plug-in to install properly
Plug-in did not initially work for me, but after speaking with customer service they refunded me, but also helped with installation and getting the plug-in to work properly. I've recently returned to purchase another plug-in and I have not had any issues. Customer service response wasn't the fastest, but they definitely will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
