I’m really disappointed with the quality and the finish of the work done considering what I paid. I had carpets, laminate and blinds fitted. The laminate was fitted awfully and the quality of the blinds and carpets isn’t great. They originally agreed to sort the laminate but then went back on their word.

Unfortunately, my experience with this flooring company was very disappointing. It started with a quote appointment that was cancelled last minute due to a “family emergency.” I was understanding of that, but things continued to go downhill. When we rescheduled, he arrived nearly two hours late, though he did call to say he was running behind. I still went ahead and booked the flooring installation for June 27th, taking time off work to accommodate it. Then, just days before the scheduled date, I was contacted again and asked to reschedule because his colleague had apparently booked the day off—something that should have been communicated and sorted between themselves before confirming anything with me.
When I responded to say I no longer wanted to go ahead, I was met with a very unprofessional reply: “these things happen unfortunately”. No real accountability — but if they were more organised and communicated better as a team, these things wouldn’t keep happening. What’s worse is that a family member had the exact same experience, right down to the same excuse. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it proved to be a mistake.
Unreliable, poorly organised, and dismissive when challenged — I would not recommend. And frankly, the lack of recent reviews speaks for itself.
