So very glad to have made the effort to sign up for this, with my only regret being for not making the time to attend this course when I purchased my Garmin.

The course covered everything needed to have a good orientation & understanding of the unit, giving me the confidence to not only now get out there, but to also explore its more advance options.

The presentation and delivery was first class. Every minute was of value since there was no waffle or vagueness. While Andy's ability to multitask (demonstrate, answer a question, find a setting for someone without loosing the main thread and keeping everyone engaged) was impressive!
Andy was also generous with helpful tips and pointers and so adding to the already included wealth of information.

There were moments where I felt challenged, but to say Andy has the patience of a saint is an under statement, as he was always supportive in ensuring we were all able to keep up and so not miss anything from what was being taught.

The above may seem too good to be true, so can only suggest you attend the course to see that I've not exagerated....

Phoned before I purchased the Garmin Montana 710i. With loads of questions. I think we were on the phone for at least 30 minutes. What I like is that nothing seems too much trouble they just want to give you a fantastic service. It came all set up and ready to use. Been using for a couple of months and il delighted with it. Very accurate gps unit. Mainly bought for geocaching and hiking. I would use this company again in a heart beat. They have lots of training videos and guides which we have found very helpful for you to get the most out of the unit. A very happy customer.

Excellent service and telephone help. This is my first GPS device, so a steep learning curve. I think I've got most of the basics sorted now, having used the device a number of times, including plotting routes via the GPS Training online mapping.

Great videos and information. Great telephone and technical service. Joy to do business with.

Why is it always necessary to leave a review? I ordered a spare battery, it came the next day. Great service, but hardly an experience.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. I have purchased three GPS devices from them over the years with excellent professional advice as to choice of model each time. Unfortunately the TwoNav Aventura 2 Plus I bought from them just over 12 months ago developed a fault recently with the backlight being unreliable. I got in touch with TwoNav who told me I needed to send the device to them in Spain at my expense for repair. Not what I wanted as it left me without a GPS for an upcoming hiking trip. I then contacted GPS training and explained the problem and Andy immediately organised for a replacement GPS to be sent upon return of my faulty unit. Can’t ask for more than that. Customer service at its best!

I was looking to replace my Garmin 600 so I looked online for a replacement. I didn't need too many extras so the etrex 32 seemed to fit the bill quite nicely. I could have bought it more cheaply but when you consider the extra benefits that GPS Training gives you it was an easy decision to choose them. I was particularly pleased with the free training and I learned a great deal more than I had had with the original 600. So I'm well pleased.

Gps i got (etrex se) is great and the on line training/information videos from gps training are invaluable. Dont think i would have got so much from my gps without them.

This is the second GPS smart item I have purchased from GPS training. I was so impressed with the service with my first purchase I returned to them when I was considering the purchase of a Smart Watch my first point of call was GPS Training. I am a bit of a ludite with technology and once again I was able to discuss the watch, its capabilities, whether it would be suitable for my purpose together with the various options and sizes. No hard sell. Sensible advice with a clear rational. Happy for me to spend some time consider my options and what I had discussed. As before the information I was provided with was accurate and helpful. The crowning glory are the training course that GPS Training provide with purchase. These courses provide a visual explanation of your new device and allow even a ludite to understand how to use complex high tech devices. Seeing a task demonstrated visually is far easier to understand than a screen based manual. I have rewound a specific scene or even a whole episode to help with my understanding. The attention to your needs is personal and tailored to your real world needs rather than promoting a product for commercial gain. This is my second GPS unit bought from GPS training and I would not go anywhere else, because I know the back up is simply the best and this gives me total confidence .

Very helpful, quick response to my questions with regards to recommendations for a GPS unit to suit my needs. Spoke to John who went through my options and gave me very help advice, purchased a Garmin 65's and 1:25 OS maps. Excellent online and telephone tech line included with purchase, learnt a lot that I may not have found for sometime under my own steam. Be careful when looking for cheap deals as
there are a lot that are shipped from outside UK, I would not hesitate to recommend GPS Training. The Garmin 65's is a fantastic piece of kit.

Before I purchased my device I watched the videos on their site, which give a good overview of the device. I also spoke to them on the phone as I had a couple of questions, all of which were answered. I placed my order and the device was with me the next day, it had already been setup and was ready to use on arrival. The online training package provided as part of the purchase is done in bitesize chunks and split into categories making it easy to find specific topics and quick to see where you left off. I would highly recommend GPS Training.
