I bought the Maps 3 times, always had a lot of problems and never got any support.

I purchased a map on this website today and never got the email link. I sent them a message through their support and while waiting to see if I would hear back from them, I looked at the reviews here and saw they were very negative. I did get a response from Chris apologizing about the email link, and gave me a link. By this time, I was suspicious and asked him by return email to refund my payment. My email came back to me as undeliverable! So here I am, telling about my experience in hopes that they will see it and give me a refund. I also just tried to use the email address you have for them below, and it came back too!

I purchased the Aruba map however the link does not work. I've sent them two emails and have not received any response.

Purchased the Fiji map download however it was of minimal use as it contained very little detail (eg. resort details etc.) and was very out of date. Contacted Chris at FijiTravelMaps who said he would issue a refund.
That was 3 weeks ago and when I recontacted my mail was returned undelivered ("The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.").

Ordered map download for Ireland for Garmin Drive 50 GPS. Map is not the same detail as the Garmin maps.

Cust Service replied promptly to my concern and issued a refund.

I purchased the St Kitts map.
On arrival all I see is a green island, no roads, no features. Absolutely useless.
Better to just use a phone and forget GPSTravelMaps

I purchased the card for the Dominican Republic as we were there for 30 days . My Garmin 3580LM would not acknowledge the card so I emailed GPSTM and asked if they could send the EMail version.to see if that would work. Haley F. got back to me and asked for my order number but I was in the Dominican and all I had was the install info and sent them all my personal address info and the name of their employee who had sent the install instructions. NO reply came . I Emailed them again. NO REPLY. When I returned home I Emailed again asking for a refund. NO REPLY

Buyer beware. gpstravelmaps.com Products didn't work. GOOGLE MAPS APP WORKS WHEREVER YOU GO. TRUST ME GOOGLE MAPS WORKED IN AFRICA AND EUROPE FOR ME AND IT’S FREE!
I Purchased SD card here 2 weeks before my trip AND they charged extra $6.98 shipping. The night before my trip I still didn’t have it yet. You’d think they’d overnight a SD for 6.98 shipping. So I downloaded the map AND PAID again! The instructions said it only works when you arrive at your destination. So when in Africa, guess what, it still didn’t work! My Google maps app worked just fine!!!
Finally received the SD card and guess what, my Garmin said “The memory card has reached the end of its useful life and can no longer be used.” WHAT!!!???
When I reached out to them and sent proof of both purchases and a picture of my Garmin message above, they’ve been ignoring me. I paid twice and neither SD card or download worked.
Most cellphone providers give free data overseas and Google Maps, waze etc all work just fine.

It would be reasonably priced map but it was the waste of money instead. The CR map from CPS TraveMaps is inacurate with many roads, streets and other details missing compare to (sometime free) maps from different companies. The company did remove my negative comment and they replied with message they have best products. (Is this how they "update" their products?)
Don't waste money on their CR map for Garmin..

poor customer support, misleading homepage, products way too expencive for what you get, stay away
