month word count did not reset

I bought an annual subscription, however the word count did not reset after the first month. I contacted support who said they would fix the issue, but nothing changed. I ended up paying a year subscription, but to date the word count has not reset. They just stopped answering my emails, even after repeated reminders.

To avoid at all costs, this is either a scam or a terribly managed company.

Three emails were largely ignored except for one response. Several attempts to get the support team to attend to me have proved futile. I am seeking a refund or the remaining months to be honored

50% AI with Turnitin

Until now, GPTinf is getting at least 50% with Turnitin. and i am having problems in logging in, every time i need to log in. now it is not responding and giving wrong email or password.

To avoid

There was a problem with the payment of my subscription. I reached out to customer service on June 4 and June 13, didnt manage to receive any material response / solution. Complete waste of money.

Update: about a month later or so I received an answer from customer service, I don’t know what the business practices are in Ukraine but offering a refund in France in this context is the bare minimum to avoid any further issues with the regulator. That being said I still consider to avoid this service, you have been chasing me by email to update this review as my life depended on writing these, bear in mind it’s August and most people are on vacation.
