Charged twice for two boxes within four days of starting a membership. Contacted customer service within the hour and told there was nothing they were willing to do about it and I somehow should have magically known their quarterly billing schedule when I signed up.
I was then offered a $15 gift certificate for the inconvenience but now see that I can only use it if I sign up yet again.
In addition to this I am being sent the wrong order and they have refused to correct this even before it shipped. The customer service is awful, just keep reading the same script and make no effort to actully resolve problems. This is all in the first week of membership.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Too many better companies with better products that don't abuse their customer base.
Shame on GQ.
