Dear Gant Greece,
Overall frustrating experience and poor customer service.
In this case, with my recent order from 02/12 it took 3 email reminders to answer my inquiry.
Very frustrating experience!
Still waiting for my [paid] order. How long does it take to get a shirt ready for shipment?
I understand, it's not only my order your are getting ready but you should be prepared for busy times and not on the detriment of the customer.
I don't like to leave negative reviews but there was no one to really talk to at customer service.
A copy paste response is not really called assistance.
