No food, Still no refund

I ordered lunch at 11:45....needed to be back at work at 1am....my estimated delivery time was 35 minutes....meaning food would arrive at 12:20. Delay after delay. Kept checking the app to see if I could cancel, but nothing. Food arrives when I have to go back to work. Told the delivery person to leave with security, but I will ask for a refund because I will not be able to go to that area until 4:30. Who is going to eat food that's been sitting out for 3-4 hours?

Contact Grab after work to see about a refund, and they tell me that since the driver followed protocol and my food was delivered, it's against their policy to issue a refund. So basically, I have no food and no money. It's safe to say I wont be using grab for food delivery anymore. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or safety since they expect me to eat food thats been sitting out for hours. Unacceptable.

If I can give 0 star I do give zero…

If I can give 0 star I do give zero star. The stupid group buy link me to a direct buy. Without any cancellation button at the very 1 second to the click. Called the hotline, didn’t help to close it I had to pay the 8 dollars delivery fee just because of that. The next day the person just brush me off saying I’ve completed the order. I will find one day and go to the headquarters to complain. Stupid app

Works well …until it doesn’t

Works well …until it doesn’t. Says driver is only a few minutes away, yet have needed to wait as much as 45 minutes. Drivers also pick up a ride when they already have a ride, causing them to be further delayed. App does not refresh with wait times. Waited 48 minutes for what was supposed to be a 11 minute wait.

Unfair penalty!

I have to wait more than 5minutes daily for my bookings and more than 5minutes for pickup daily and I'm in a rush that's why I have to cancel on the rides and because of this, you simply suspend my account for three days!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Zero Star for Grab Transport

I wish I have the option to give zero or negative stars. Grab drivers are hopeless, as much as I want to support, they don’t deserve it. They will go to the wrong place, won’t return measage or call, once the waiting fee of $3 kicks in they call back. Then claimed they are innocent as GPS pointed them to the wrong location. Then the whole process of talking to robot starts - I need to go to customer service to explain why I should not be charged $3 waiting time. Finally their robots replied waiver but ask me to read the waiting fee guidelines and recommended that passenger should be ready before calling grab. What a joke. The customer service did not address the mistake first made by the driver!

Would give negative stars- I sent gift…

Would give negative stars- I sent gift vouchers for a significant amount to a friend and they lost the money. They sent an expired link. They admitted to sending an expired link then said the issue was resolved. They then refused to reply to my messages - so it’s been almost a month and I’ve lost money to grab who, despite admitting their mistake, have decided not to rectify it. Every time I’ve tried to get them to do something they claim they need more time then ask me for all the info again despite sending me evidence that they sent expired links. Wanting to know what I can actually do legally and whether anyone else has had this experience with them.

Any app but Grab

Tried to use it to go to Changi airport. Fair enough haven't used it in a while, insists on credit card payment. Filled in the details for one credit card. One dollar transaction and the app still refused to recognize the card. Tried again with another card from another bank. Same problem. Went to get a taxi instead.

Tried to contact customer support. Went nowhere. Hung up on me even though I said gimme a minute as I was arriving at the airport. Tried to start a new conversation, cannot. Cannot resume the existing conversation either, can only leave a message.

Arrived later in HCM. Tried to book a Grab from the airport to my hotel. Grab insisted I was at ... Changi airport! Tried to change my current location manually, cannot. Closed app and restarted. Cannot. That's Grab. CMI.

The cards BTW were accepted about five hours later, when I finally managed to speak to a human CS who apologised profusely. Grab later changed my account to accept cash. Which actually didn't work either! For the human CS, Grab claw back one star. If I could give minus one star, I would. Think I'll use anything but Grab from now on.

We reported missing order

We reported missing order. Story: Order made and was charged the full amount. Later we realized that they cancelled on of our order and remove the amount for the cancelled order quietly and went on to deliver part of the order.

This was the reply we got, and case closed by their agent. No corrective action plan briefed. What kind of crap company is this. I won't be surprised to see them lose businesses when more competition joins the race! They have it coming by having such ill trained customer service agents.

Grab that's what it does

Seriously they just can't get it right or they don't care. I ordered 50 sticks of satay on Friday and received only 15 sticks.
Today is Monday and nothing. Not only did I have to buy food again...still no refund.
They obviously don't have a proper system for customer handling. Maybe a complaint to the ministry might get a response. Paid RM87.00 for 15 sticks of satay.

I used Grab in Bali for a taxi service

I used Grab in Bali for a taxi service, paying with a credit card that was used exclusively for that one transaction. The result? The card was cloned twice, and there were several suspicious purchase attempts — conveniently, all in Bali. I realize the company will probably never read this review and, as often happens, will come across as arrogant and completely indifferent to the issue. But in case someone from the staff does read this: be careful, because one day someone might sue you.

Beware that what you order isn't what…

Beware that what you order isn't what you get and Grab will not take appropriate messure to protect your right. As a tourist doesn't read Vietnamese with a quotation that "image may be verious to what you get in Vietnamese"..( including missing components as per the advertiser's image of the dish?). I will not order Grab foods delivery again to avoid disappointment and suprise.

We make a booking via grab last night…

We make a booking via grab last night with 2 car, we had a female driver driving grab with CR-V our buggages was 2 medium and 3 small. She had something in her car boot and said we have a policy that we have minimum numbers of buggage accepted so she refused to take our luggage any one that's not the point my point is why so picky. This is the only problem I encountered when in Malaysia. The grab admin or management pls look into this. I have to agree grab apps is convenient but don't simply give to everybody to drive it bcos they are portraying is Malaysian drivers. Happened many times esp. from Chinese drivers, I know it's your part time job but please don't do it for the sake of doing it. So it with passion no one forced you to do so.

I was rejected by drivers and first question they asked how many luggages. Why make it difficult l?

When I order food, it sometimes doesn't default to my default home. It's very annoying as it chooses another pin location and i have to wait til the order ready to message the driver of my address. FIx it !!

VIETNAM USED GRAB 23 TIMES,FANTASTIC SERVICE

Used Grab from day one 21 May till 4June 2025, always on time always polite and fantastic service in every respect as we used them only ,whether it was a 25000 ride or 500000 it was absolutely value for money and shows how we get completely ripped off on the UK….thank you Grab drivers

Grubby Grab

Always a problem with drivers not turning up or, in Bangkok, wanting more than the stated fare. But I’m writing this review about Grab’s pricing policy in Baguio, Philippines. Many short (non-Grab) trips are 50-70 PHP. But Grab adds a fee of 75 PHP, more than doubling the fare. How can it possibly be justified?

Unforgivable and poor customer response

I generally had good service with Grab Singapore. However, I experienced a fraudulent charge against my credit card when I had just arrived in Singapore and was just headed to the residence I was at. It was for a food charge. Something that we never received, btw. Obviously my wife and I didn’t recognize it. I went into the app and put a query. After three long weeks and after we had returned to the United States we finally got a response from Grab and they insisted that I had placed the order. Knowing I didn’t, I contested it with my credit card company that immediately refunded me the amount. I was also forced to cancel my credit card so that I could get a newer one with new numbers. It seemed to me obvious that my card had been hacked probably by a Grab driver or employee. I hope not.

Grab continued to insist that I used it. They couldn’t be bothered that I had just arrived in the country at the purported time the transaction was made.

Quite unpleasant and their customer service is much wanting.

Driver was few minutes away and he goes…

Driver was few minutes away and he goes on a detour. He clearly has another account and has another customer.
Fine what ever just cancelled it. But then Grab want you to pay a fee or wait 10 minutes until you can cancel the ride yourself without paying.
Bad setup by Grab and poor choice of drivers working for Grab.
