I ordered two designer series grab bars in brushed. The bars arrived, crammed into one small cardboard box. There was no packing. The bars were in plastic sleeves. I opened one of the bars. It looked like cheap metal and very industrial. I requested a return, knowing there was a 20% restocking fee. I contacted Grab Bars customer service for a return authorization. I packed the bars in the original box exactly as they had been shipped to me. There was a small ding on one of the flanges on one of the bars. They would not accept the return! I had to pay an additional $10 to have the grab bar shipped back to my home. I will find an outhouse fitting of the cheap, industrial grab bar. The only thing shittier (no pun intended) than grabbars.com products is their customer service. Don’t be fooled by their low prices - they’re not inexpensive; they’re CHEAP!

GrabBars is my go-to for safety bars. I have been using their safety bars for the past 10 years, in each location I have lived in.

The website was very user friendly with great descriptions of the products. Prices were extremely reasonable in comparison to similar products from other vendors. My items shipped out the same day I purchased them (Thursday) and arrived Monday morning. The quick delivery was through standard shipping and didn’t require an outrageous “expedited shipping” charge. Overall, I’m very pleased with the company and their products.

My experience was great because I spoke to a person, Jackie, who knew her business and was very straightforward regarding the product and availability and all of the things a potential buyer would want to know.
