I ordered a pedal bin which seemed like a good buy. I paid by bank debit card and the order was approved and I was given my order number.
However, it said that I had signed up for Apple pay, which I certainly was not aware of.
My bank, contacted me and cancelled my card as this was a scam. Thankfully HSBC were able to ensure no money was taken from my account.
I ordered a set of glass storage containers, sale went though, no problem. No PayPal so had to pay with my card.
I was set up immediately with Apple Pay, which I did not authorise.
Fortunately Santander were on the ball, Apple Pay account deleted and my card cancelled.
