Grace were so easy to work with. From the initial conversation, quoting, checking in, verification and the actual move - the whole process was seamless. The team on the day of the move were excellent, took great care and were well organized - and they did it on a public holiday and Saturday!

The staff from Grace are always superb. Troy and Caleb are amazing to work with. Their entire team work hard, efficiently and are always on time and reliable.

Exceptional service

Robin Otieno, supported me with the relocation of over 300 laptops from Melbourne to a refugee camp in Kenya for the charity Barefoot to Boots.

The logistics, advice, paperwork and complexity was only possible due to Robin's unwavering support, guidance, patience and care from end to end. The Grace experience was one I have never had with a freight company - I didn't feel like a customer - there was a level of care that was above and beyond normal service levels - and it made such a big difference. Robin took on the task of navigating the complex freight arrangements of Kenya - and he did it without me asking - nothing was too much trouble.

It is rare to find such exceptional customer service and I highly recommend and rate Grace and particularly Robin, for any task - big or small - and any with any challenges in it. He is one of a kind.

We have been so impressed with Grace for our office move. Alex and the team made a stressful move feel achievable. The guys were autonomous and decisive. They asked questions when they needed to and left us feeling looked after. I know Megan was on site working directly with the team but I was off site and still felt confident that the guys knew what they needed to do.
