Great work

I was quoted a price of around $400 to delivery my 7 suitcases (no furniture) from the shipping terminal to my apartment, which seemed reasonable. However, on top of that I was charged a $220 "lift fee" because a lift would need to be used in my apartment and $220 "long walk" fee because of restricted parking outside. These are unreasonably priced additions effectively doubling the cost of the service. The difficult parking and use of lift would have added approximately 20 minutes extra work at a maximum and a $440 fee for this was not a fair estimate of the scope of the service.

So far so very good! Our house has just been packed up and the experience so far has been excellent from the moment I started looking on the website ie speaking to real people on the chat who quickly supported a conversation with an initial touch point, which quickly converted to a 'walk through' of the house ... all the way through to packing and pick-up. We found the organisation to be flexible, helpful and very customer focused. Communication was consistent and constant and our expectations were managed along the way. Highly professional, friendly ie sales, operations, packer and collect and upload goods people (very impressed) and more cost effective than other alternatives we looked at. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Grace Removals Group.

The Melbourne team were professional, friendly and extremely efficient.
The only reason we haven't given a 5 star is that the writing on many of the boxes were illegible, making organising them very difficult when directing the team to put in storage locations and in locating items.
The administration team and initial assessor were both friendly, extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The Melbourne manager also swiftly sorted an issue in WA, when the delivery date, (confirmed 3 weeks & 3 days before the move),was queried by the storage manager in Bunbury, causing us some stress.
However, the WA Bunbury delivery team were excellent, friendly, speedy and helpful.
Just one suggestion we have is that when dealing with older clients, heavy boxes should avoid being stacked on top of others, as it makes it exceedingly difficult to unpack and lift down especially if they are heavy.

We would certainly use Grace again as the overall experience was a very positive one and so far (with a few boxes left to unpack), everything has arrived safely.

I cannot believe I had not discovered Grace sooner and hired random removalists previously.
Whilst initially the cost seems steep, I can absolutely reassure that it is well worth it. The service provided from the initial consultation, through to the uplift, storage, move in and finance management was all seamless, friendly and exceptional.
I bought an off the plan property and between the stress of dealing with terrible conveyancer, my mortgage broker, builders and real estate agent, Grace and the removalist team were absolutely seamless and stress free! They moved in and out on commands from a lead removalist and took the best care of my furniture but also my walls and steps etc.
I will always use Grace for my removalist and storage service and have already recommended them to a friend who reiterated my above sentiments.

Third time using Grace within twelve months. This time around it was Melbourne to Gold Coast back loaded into a shipping container 10 day turnaround from collection/packing to unloading.
Very efficient, great communication, very diligent crews on both end & most importantly nothing damaged!!

We have now made three interstate moves with Grace and each time it has been an excellent experience. Good communication. Excellent pick up, storage and delivery. We highly recommend their services.

The experience exceeded my expectations. This is not my first international move, but all others had been employer-sponsored. Naturally, i had some apprehension at the outset--price and reliability were my main concerns. I sought quotes from multiple vendors. I cannot say enough about Jody (she IS her word) and the back-office team's professionalism, responsiveness and care during the entire quote, contracting, and scheduling process. They answered all my questions (and i had many). The team of packers on the Australia side and Schumacher on the USA side were equally amazing: punctual, courteous, good listeners, efficient and effective. BtW, I really liked the tracking tool--knowing where the shipment was the stretch of the way. I can't thank you enough for helping make a potentially super stressful process as seamless as possible. Thank you for the humanity you bring to the job. It made a difference to me.

Our firm has recently undertaken an office relocation using Grace - Melbourne. We were very happy with the professionalism, helpfulness and 'can do' attitude of the crew on the day. Excellent service, very friendly and responsive team, from the sales guy giving clear and transparent advice, the packers getting everything together quicker than stated, and the head office team managing the logistics. Came in at short notice and exceeded our expectations after we were let down by another company, should have just gone to Grace first!

Grace Removals are a professional team that ensure an efficient removal of items in a safe way. They then transport these items and assist with the setup.

We asked the team to assist with setting up monitors by unboxing the items and setting these up. The team were more than happy to help and as agreed even took the rubbish away with them

Had a great experience with Grace Removals delivering my stuff in Melbourne after shipment from London. Being able to track my shipment online was great, and communication from the whole team before and once it had arrived was excellent.

Jimmy and Ethan were the team who delivered and unpacked my stuff and they were great, extremely friendly and helpful.

I also had one item missing at the end of the day when everything was unpacked and the team chased it up and found it in one of the crates in the truck and delivered it the very next day.

Very happy with their handling of my shipment from the Melbourne end!

Very happy with the move. All arrived safely nothing damaged after our goods crossed the continent. Staff at both ends right from the quote process through the office staff to the loaders and unloaders, were very professional and efficient and were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Grace certainly made a very stressful time so much easier to get through

Moving from Melbourne to Amsterdam, Grace staff were very helpful every step of the way, we always knew what was happening and what we needed to do, and the way they do the packing and inventories gave us total confidence that everything would make it to the other end (which it did). Grace were also able to connect us to other services we needed for our move like Forex and Pet Transport, which were also brilliant.

We felt comfortable the entire time, 10/10

Grace price is not the cheapest, I was impressed with the pick up / drop off guys, not so impress with Grace not telling me about the delivery was one week behind schedule until the last minute. The admin lady from Perth is hopeless, told two different stories within 15 minutes. I followed up a few days later and she didn't even bother to following up my case, possibly she already knew there is no train running Melb-Perth during Jan 12-19th? Anything that I pulled apart was ok (lucky I did that), one pedestal fan that I didn't have a chance to pull apart was squashed, two drawers from study desk are smashed, a broken glass of a photo frame. Long story short, if I didn't disassemble my stuff, I'm not sure if they still arrive in one piece, but what annoyed us the most is living in an empty house for one week with no bed, no fridge, no cookware, no nothing, and your late delivery arrives when I'm not home, as I don't always stay in Perth. Your poor scheduling and customer handing require improve significantly.

My move from Melbourne to Sydney went smoothly and seamlessly as per the plan. The communication throughout was excellent. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Let me say moving from Melbourne to Perth is a huge undertaking.

From start to finish everyone I had dealings with at Grace were so helpful and professional.

Danick in the Hallam Office was amazing she kept in contact, and was always available to assist when I rang. Danick arranged transport for our pets and three vehicles also.

Tully came out to quote and was a breath of fresh air , very different from other company sales persons. He spent time with us and answered our many questions.
Nothing was too much trouble.

On the day of uplift Sean, Neil and Bobby were great, they seemed to do things effortlessly and were extremely careful with our belongings. Vish and Gree joined the team later in the day to complete the job. All the team were cheerful and made what could have been a stressful day, stress free.

Our team in WA for delivery were Josh, Sean and Tristan. They were really happy energetic guys, also very careful with our belongings. They made getting our king size bed upstairs look easy.

Both teams never marked any walls at either house, and there were some tight spots and tricky areas to navigate.
