The team memebers that helped me in 2 states of Australia. Staff are very happy, helpful and do the extra for their customers. I cannot speak highly enough of both teams in Queensland and Victoria. They made a stressful situation easier for me. I would definitely use them again if needed and would definitely recommend Grace's services to anyone i knew that was moving locally or interstate or even overseas. I have had a 10 out of 10 experience with Grace.

All aspects of the experience were exceptionally well handled. The office was attentive and followed up on my concerns.
On the day of the removal Shane and Craig were professional in their approach and ensured that communication with me was excellent. I was kept informed of where they were and what the ETA would be.
Punctuality was brilliant and I could easily organise around the agreed times.
Great care was taken with my possessions as was witnessed with the loading and unloading of the truck. Furniture was carefully and secured in either blankets or plastic.
Fine communication greatly reduced my stress levels and meant that the loading and importantly, unloading process was stress free.
Delicate items like the glass cabinet and fish tank were looked after with such great care. Sometimes it is in the small things that stress levels can be reduced.
Great to see close team work and clearly this added to the seamlessness of the move.
In short I’d be happy to recommend Grace Removals and Shane and Craig in particular. As stated earlier shifting can be stressful but in this instance it was a pleasure.

From the very first enquire everything flowed smoothly.

From start to finish the staff were great. The removalists turned up at the designated times as required at start and finish of job. I didn’t take out insurance because it was costly but they treated my items with care and no damage was done.

easy process, helpful reasonable price, we had all of our house in storage for two years, everything went well

$10000 of specialist clothing is missing , my bike frame is cracked, disc wheel cracked, painting smashed, clock missing. I have invoices for the clothing, bike and wheels and the insurance company want to me to rewrite them all out on an excel spreadsheet that i cant access . If grace did this for me as part of the service as it is ALL THEIR FAULT. Then it would be a five star review, but as is im heartbroken and devastated that my paracycling kit is lost and bike broken. If id known theyd lose $10-12000 of kit that ive worked hard for for the last 7years and won championships in i would have taken it on the plane and paid excess . I have no income with my disabilities and im now left struggling with a traumatic brain injury trying to deal with the insurance company . Grace should do that as its their fault not me , i should not have my ptsd and anxiety trying to cope with it and be in tears all the time.

Moving is a stressful experience, but Grace made it easy for me. Their meticulous, professional approach meant that the whole experience was really smooth.

Whilst the initial quote was more expensive, and I initially selected another removal company, I was always treated with respect and professionalism and with better processes ( documentation, insurance and responsiveness ), I finally went with Grace. I have used this company previously and I am very satisfied with the experience, specifically on this occasion ( a complicated interstate move). Highly recommended.

communication before the delivery was excellent with all questions answered fast. Delivery timeframe confirmed the day before and they turned up right ontime. The guys very professional, polite and friendly as well as being efficient. Follow up from a manager a few days later to check if all went well which was a nice tough. Was a very smooth move and a great experience

Very professional and excellent service standards by everyone involved. Would definitely recommend and would use them again if moving. I moved a big house full of furniture and goods interstate everything arrived and in good condition. All the staff were friendly, hardworking and respectful whether in Melbourne pick up or Newcastle drop off.

The was all the staff I dealt with made it as easy as possible. Its a very stressful time and the staff are very aware of this and are there to help you every step of the way without constantly calling you. From office staff to the removalists in both Melbourne and Perth

The whole experience with Grace from start to finish was highly professional. Great knowledge and communication. The uplift was conducted by really well trained and respectful staff. The final delivery to our destination residence was also excellent. Nathan, and Andrew especially were amazing. Three years prior to this move, we used a different removalist company and the experience was terrible. So when we move back to Melbourne, we'll be calling Grace. For the far higher quality of service we got from Grace, the minor additional cost was well worth it.
