Absolutely shocking company. I was sent the wrong colour in the item I ordered so emailed to say and ask if I could have a replacement for the right item and a returns label to return the wrong one. A week went by with no response and in the mean time we actually ordered it again from them as the website said there was only 2 left and we didn't want to miss out on the item. Finally got a response with which they said they weren't even sure if that colour was in stock and had to let me know after contacting the supplier which took 5 days. They came back and said they didn't have it so cancelled the order. I still have the one which is the wrong colour and asked for a label to return which they said they would send. 5 weeks later and several emails to them and no response and no returns label and still stuck with the item. I had to go else where for the one I actually wanted. The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Shocking service, can't be trusted and will never shop with them again!

I ordered two toys from the website for the first time, the light-up magnetic tiles set was pretty expensive but on sale at a very good price. A week after placing the order I got a message from the company to say that the set I had ordered unfortunately could not be fulfilled, but they offered a slightly bigger set of the magnetic tiles with an extra little set of light-up balls for free. Once I accepted the offer, the toys were delivered within a couple of days. Really happy with my purchase and will buy again from this store - they have a fantastic range of toys.

I received an order I tried to cancel. I have enquired about returning the product to be told the item was outsourced and I’d receive an email with return details.
I’ve received nothing despite reaching out again to try to get the return details again.
I’m now left with an unopened (as instructed) expensive, unwanted item that I’d like my money back for with nowhere to return it to to get my refund.
Appalling!

I had received a faulty item and emailed customer service wanting to return the item, they have completely ignored all correspondence. Avoid shopping here

I ordered a game which is lovely, it was for a gift. I paid £4.99 for post and packing. The packing was flimsy and the box arrived significantly damaged. I emailed and was told I’d get a replacement which never happened, I was wrongly advised at that point. Customer service are apologetic but ineffective - the birthday has been and gone in the meantime. I’ve been told I can return but having been clear as soon as it arrived it was a gift this was so disappointing. I will never purchase from them again which is a shame as the game itself is lovely but if you pay for packing I feel it should be packed appropriately.
