I received low quality product not the quality look that was advertised. Then the company wants to bargain about you keeping the product or gifting it and then giving a minimal $10-$15 what they referred to as “compensation”. They are delayed in providing the return address and try to scare you with the potential return costs. Buyer Beware!!!
I just received my 2 croched dresses that I was looking forward to. One was supposed to be an olive green and the other a beige/off white one.
They are both not the colors and I have no invoice and the phone number just drops, no ringing. I think this is a big scam. No refunds, $10 refund and credit for future orders. Bogus.
Wrong size. Either the size chart is way, way wrong or the item was tagged incorrectly. Either way the garmet is un-wearable. Customer service was terrible. I could take six dollars or send it back to China myself and hope for a full refund. Don't buy from this company.
I ordered a dress from Graceelle that was hot pink. It came and it was very light peach. I assumed they sent the wrong color and sent a message to send the dress back and get another one the correct color or get my money back. They responded and said that it could be the lighting of the photography online. Offered me $6 refund and a $10 coupon for my next order. I sent photos of the two dresses and said this isn’t a lighting problem with the photograph. Basically told me it would cost a lot of money for me to return it and will take months to get my refund and I should accept their offer. So I am warning anyone who is considering buying from this company to know what is in store for them if there is a problem!!!!!
