Placed an order and exercised my legal right to cancel within a few hours. Instead of processing the refund as required by EU consumer law, this store is using stalling tactics, claiming they need to "check with their logistics team." This is a typical deceptive dropshipping tactic to force shipment. Im currently initiating a formal chargeback with my bank and will file a compaint with Shopify. Avoid graceheadwear.com if you dont want be fooled like this. Found it on temu and other chinese websites for a fraction of the price.
First answer email after cancelling 1 hour after ordering:
We have received your request to cancel your order.
Before proceeding, may we ask what prompted your cancellation request? If there is any issue with the order, such as the selected color, shipping address, size, or any other detail, please let us know. We would be happy to see whether there is a solution that better meets your needs.
At the same time, we have already contacted our logistics team to verify whether there is still sufficient time to stop the processing and dispatch procedures before the order ships.
As soon as we receive their confirmation, we will update you accordingly.

Second email said again that thet contacted the supplier.
Update 15 jun: they have sent it anyway hoping i'd accept it at the door.
