**Beware before purchasing from…

**Beware before purchasing from Gracengrey.com.**

My father ordered a rat trap after seeing one of their advertisements. What was delivered was a basic glue rat trap that appears to be worth around ₹50, yet we were charged nearly ₹500.

The experience after the purchase has been even more frustrating. The customer support phone number does not accept incoming calls, and the email address provided for customer support appears to be invalid, making it impossible to contact the company.

The website also claims to have "2,500+ reviews," but we couldn't find those reviews to verify them.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. We feel the product did not match our expectations based on the advertisement, and there seems to be no reliable way to reach customer support to request a refund or resolve the issue.

I would advise others to exercise caution and do thorough research before ordering from this website.
