We handle the full process for IRA clients: account setup with a self-directed IRA custodian, funding or rollover coordination from an existing retirement account, metal selection, and shipment to an IRS-approved depository. For non-IRA buyers, we ship insured directly to your door. We'd rather earn a smaller margin on a customer who stays with us for twenty years than a large one on a customer we only see once.
