Please save yourself from being a victim of fraud! The fact they're actually based in China and will, after a huge communication delay, eventually send you a totally different item IS NOT the biggest issue here. The whole operation is a hook for harvesting payment details, along with names and addresses. Your credit (or even worse, debit) card details will be sold to organised criminals on the dark web. Please save yourself from being a victim of fraud! AVOID AVOID AVOID (they operate under several names e.g "gracewear-london" .... usually a Shopify website if you know how to spot one of these) (being alert to fraud, I luckily managed not to lose any money; makes me angry that others may not be so lucky)

There appears to be an AI image of a FAKE physical business location on their website, as it claims that they only have "an upcoming physical store" - so, this is false advertising, as you cannot visit the store in person and you don't even know where they are based.
As a result of this suspicious discrepency I then went to check their location and further information etc that should be listed on their website, and none of the links on their website are even working - as every link takes you back to "about us".
These should lead to their privacy policy, returns policy, location information, shipping policy etc. Please be very careful if you are planning on buying through this website!

Please do not use this company you will never get a full refund if you return anything as it gets mysteriously list at Chinese customs. The quality of the products is the worst I have ever come across as well as sending out faulty goods. Don't give them your hard earned cash you will regret it. If we stop buying they will have to cease trading

AVOID this company DO NOT USE. Poor quality goods, nothing like the pictures or descriptions. Ridiculous & stringent return procedure to China, at great cost. Still no refund, huge scam as per all the other reviews. Wish I’d seen them first

I paid the ridiculous return shipping to China and still haven’t received a refund. I am disgusted this company is still trading. It should be shut down.

This is a rip off. Do not expect to receive what you think you ordered and say goodbye to your hard earned money as the returns will never materialise they will go missing at customs. they are scammers and should not be allowed to operate on our systems with their shabby cheap goods and rip off customer service.

I placed an order with this company. The items received were not as shown on the model in the pictures. The material quality is very poor and the sizes are inaccurate.

I tried to return the items within the 14 days. The delivery has to be returned to China, which incurrs more cost that returning in the UK. Whilst I was discussing the return the 14 days was exceeded and now they are saying that I can no longer return the items.

I would not recommend ordering from this site as the customer service is disgusting

Same experience as others. Posted according to their ridiculously stringent requirements - product was v poor quality - and 5 weeks later still no refund. Sounds like there won’t ever be one from the other reviews. What a scam!

Wanted to say thanks guys . Was about to order read your reviews. Was scammed by another company on fb..I called my bank. They eventually refunded to me. No delivery. But not full price I paid. Could have had problems with these.

SCAMERS!!! Very poor quality of the products. Plastic shoes and no refund policy. If you want the full refund you have to post it to china at your own expense and it never arrives. Therefore never get a refund.

Looked nothing like the photos on the website.

It cost me nearly £10 to return. Had to send photos of the playsuit and proof of postage. 6 weeks later I still haven’t had a refund and they claim they haven’t received the parcel and the proof of postage isn’t good enough.

Dreadful quality. Holes in seams after one brief wear. Refused to replace and refund. Do not buy from here.

I ordered through their website after seeing a FB advert .The first time I ordered ,the dress arrived after about 12 days as they tell you up front. It was good quality and reasonably priced.
My second order for 2 dresses arrived after 16 days-initially 1 item and the other the following day. Again both items good quality. I had e mailed customer care to check the second dress was coming separately and they responded very promptly.
I will use the company again.

2 weeks delivery wait as items are shipped from China, followed by very low quality products (jacket and handbag). Emailed them twice asking for the next steps for a return, no response. No delivery note / returns label in the package so there's nothing I can do. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Wouldn’t give any stars, but unfortunately to make a review I had to give at least one star. Returns process is diabolical. Ordered a pair of sandal's, waited ages for them to arrive, and when they did, they were cheap & nasty and plastic. Nothing like the photos. Furthermore I have seen the same shoes being advertised under at least 2 other company names. They make it so difficult to return anything and then when they finally send the address for the return it turns out to be in CHINA so the costs would be very high! Unscrupulous sellers. Dreadful customer service! Before sending the address they wanted photos of: handwritten order number, packaging, shoes from all angles. I was fooled into buying from this horrendous company. After reading the reviews, decided it was not worth sending back to CHINA!! I plumped for the offer of 15% of order value to be refunded...at least I got this back!! Footwear will be going to a charity shop, someone may benefit, but lets hope footrot doesn't come into it!! I should have read the reviews first. Learnt from my mistake though but I urge people to stay well away from this despicable company. I hope they sleep well at night......not!!!!!

Poor quality, sizes come up really small and not even the same colour as advertised.

I was compelled to write this review because I am bitterly disappointed with the whole experience.

I fully appreciate it is a small business however there has to be some boundaries and customer protection.

They are not even worth the 1 star

I ordered the dress in July to wear for an occasion in mid August, I made sure to order in advance 3 weeks in advance, giving me plenty of time to decide if this would be suitable for me or not.

The dress arrived the day after the wedding.
I was bitterly disappointed and upset, so I reached out to the vendors to initiate the refund because I had already bought another dress to wear for the wedding.

When I reached out requesting a refund I was offered a partial refund allowed to keep the dress which I politely refused. I didn’t want the dress because I don’t have an occasion to wear it to.

I was then offered a slightly higher discount to keep the dress, again I politely declined the offer because I just wanted my money back.
It was then I was told I would have to pay £35
to return the dress because that was what it would cost to return the dress as it was the international shipping costs.

What an absolute shock to the system.

The refund information is not at all clear on their website so until you initiate a refund you are not aware that you will be more or less lumbered with a badly fitting poor quality dress.

If the dress was worth keeping I wouldn’t have had a problem but the dress is absolutely awful, cheaply made, the material is of poor quality and the fitting and finishing is terrible. Bits of overlocking uncut threads everywhere, it is a shoddy and tacky job.

The dress looks absolutely horrid on, it has this thick polyester lining underneath which is very unflattering and bulky, you automatically add inches to your frame.

The company needs to be reported to trading standards because surely this practice should not be allowed to carry on.

Update since my review earlier this year - the item I purchased has now been returned to me after being held at customs in China for months because, surprise surprise, it was ‘unclaimed’! Absolute scam. Thankfully I paid by credit card and have been reimbursed by for the item, but unfortunately not the expensive return postage. Avoid this company! If you find yourself in a similar situation, speak to your credit card provider about making a claim BEFORE you spend money on a return. Lesson learnt here for me!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Same experience as most people here - dreadful quality and a complete faff to do a return (at ones own cost) to China. They initially offered a 30% discount NOT to return goods, which would still have left me out of pocket, so made financial sense to send it back (always assuming the refund gets to me). Steer clear!!
