I placed an order on April 6th that included specific rose varieties that were clearly advertised and a key reason for my purchase.
I was never notified that one of those varieties (Sunbelt Savannah) was unavailable — I only found out after reaching out myself.
While I understand that availability can change in agriculture, the lack of communication is what’s concerning. The order I placed is not the order they are able to fulfill, yet I was told I could not cancel due to a 24-hour policy.
This directly impacts my business and production planning. I would have appreciated proactive communication and more flexibility given the circumstances.
Hoping management will reconsider how situations like this are handled moving forward.
